While the work was done nicely. There was a severe lack of communication by staff. We were told 4-5 business days for the car. They ended up having it for almost 10 days. Never got a call from the staff actually working on the car. I had to call to find out when the car was ready and even then they kept it a day longer than what they told us. The quality is good. But don’t expect them to update you on what’s going on with your car or to have it done on time.

The team at CARSTAR were amazing from start to finish from the front of the house to behind the scenes. Although I had minor damage they took the time to go over all repairs and explain what was done.

Took about 5 weeks as did the last car accident repair I had. Long wait for parts.
Customer service over the phone could have been more pleasant at first but they came around. The assistant manager was great.

Great service and excellent staff.
I took my 4 runner to get fixed after an accident.
Brittany and Linda kept me updated twice a week with the status of my car.
I had to return due to hearing noises, my front suspension was damaged in the accident.
Travis took care of my car, They gave me a rental for the day and when I picked my car up, Travis told me what they found. Travis also took my car for a test drive to ensure no more noises. This really set my mind at ease.

Phenomenal service! The initial estimate and examination had me in and out of the place in 15 minutes. I dropped my car off a couple weeks later, minor frontal damage, and they had the damage repaired a couple days later. Customer service was great and my car looks brand new again.
