He offered help and ran back to his shop 5 minutes away and was back and unlocked it in just a few minutes! No charge, nothing. “I couldn’t be more impressed with this repair shop from start to finish. The quality of the repair was exceptional—they are absolute wizards with cars. After the repair, my vehicle warms up and reaches operating temperature faster than it ever did before. My car looks basically brand new since the crash and operates incredibly smoothly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was such an amazing extra touch—I’m honestly obsessed with the scent and would love to know what cleaning solution they used!
The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain the entire insurance process, including how they worked directly with my insurance company regarding the supplemental quote. They were also very transparent about what insurance would and wouldn’t cover (like not paying for a new battery) and kept me informed about when my car would be done. I especially loved their text messaging program that sent regular updates—it made everything so easy and stress-free.
My car was ready on the date they promised, and even better, it was finished just before closing so I could pick it up the same day. They also explained how they work alongside Enterprise, which allowed me to leave my rental there and drive my car home without worrying about finding rides or extra accommodations.
I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone—and I already have to friends and family. The entire process was seamless, I always felt informed, and the results exceeded my expectations. Truly top-tier service and workmanship!”

“I recently had to use Paul's auto body shop for a fender bender incident along with a hit & run that all occurred in less than a week of one another. I was given an estimate by the insurance adjuster. It did not include the damage from the hit n run but Paul's auto body did an amazing job.fixing everything. The only thing, I did have to call everyday for an update. I was quoted a two day turnaround time by the adjuster but I didn't get my car back for 5 days. I didn't ask for a rental car since I was off work those two days. This was my fault but I was getting a bit frustrated with the big delay. I was very happy with the results I've I did get my car back. I definitely works recommend this body shop to my family and friends. THANK YOU PAUL'S BODY SHOP FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB ?”

“Fantastic experience buying a vehicle from my first phone call to pulling it off of the lot. I called in to check availability and Brian Gray picked up my call. Brian is a fantastic salesman. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and acted more like advisor than a pushy stereotypical salesman. Everyone in the dealership that I interacted with were professional and friendly. You can tell everyone enjoys working with each other. I have no doubt that if I called with a question and Brian wasn’t available, whomever I would speak with would address my questions and not just take a message.
Matej in the Finance Department was great as well. He found me an aggressive rate for a pre owned car and did a great job presenting options to protect it for years to come. Very thorough, friendly l, and efficient.
The detail department also did a great job preparing the vehicle. For a six year old car, it looks brand new both inside and out.

“I had a great experience. They handled everything for me. I didn't have to do anything. They took very good care of me and my truck. I have a 2024 jeep compass. I was very pleased when i picked my truck up. Didn't even look like it was in accident. I would definitely use them again. They are the best in my area. “Ordered 4 new tires from Tire Rack. RT Auto was a recommended installer & set up an appointment.
Was greeted in the office & the work order was already prepared and tech was ready to bring the car in.
All tires were removed, new tires mounted, balanced and reinstalled within the hour. Tire pressures were set at car manufacturers recommended value.
Can’t say enough how nice an experience this was… Julius & Jessica were courteous and professional & the shop was clean and well maintained.
