You could not even tell there was any damage. And you know those little surface scratches you occasionally get by the door handle because you forget that you have your keys in your hand when you're opening the door? They even polished them out. And all the employees were friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about Caliber Collison.”
“I recently had to use Paul's auto body shop for a fender bender incident along with a hit & run that all occurred in less than a week of one another. I was given an estimate by the insurance adjuster. It did not include the damage from the hit n run but Paul's auto body did an amazing job.fixing everything. The only thing, I did have to call everyday for an update. I was quoted a two day turnaround time by the adjuster but I didn't get my car back for 5 days. I didn't ask for a rental car since I was off work those two days. This was my fault but I was getting a bit frustrated with the big delay. “Many thanks to Mark Troupe Auto Body. The brake line on my Escalade sprung a major leak last week, and I needed the SUV for a trip in two days. I called Mark Troupe Auto Body near closing time, and Mark graciously offered to pick up my car the next morning on his way into the shop, and leave his vehicle so I could use it in the interim, and the repair was complete the next day. I have a tendency to put my business first and not pay attention to my car's inspection sticker, so twice my inspection sticker was going to expire on New Years Day, so on short notice, Mark hustled to get the parts and fix the many required repairs New Years Eve, likely shortening his holiday, and he did this so I wouldn't be without a car over the New Year holiday. My car developed a sizable rust blemish and Mark agreed to weld in a hand fabricated metal patch and perfectly bodywork and paint to match, he did this instead of the high cost of replacing the entire panel on a car with a limited remaining life expectancy. One time my car's stabilizer mount rusted/broke away from the frame, and I suspect some shops would consider the mount unrepairable, but, knowing I like to drive every penny out of my cars, Mark made a mount and welded it in place - that's skill!”

Never, ever, ever in my wildest dreams did I imagine anyone could PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) this dent out of the door from my Audi Q7, but Berks Auto Collision Center did! Look at the unretouched pictures and judge for yourself. Do these guys know what they're doing? Damn straight Skippy!
Joshua Gilmour handled the entire repair start to finish. Josh has excellent communication skills and exceptional industry knowledge. Of course I understand they use an oudstide vendor, all body shops do. Josh had his professional on the phone while I was sitting at his desk. They reviewed my pics together and discussed process and price. We agreed on a scheduled repair date and Josh stayed. in touch throughout the day to update me on progress. When I was dropped off I saw my door from about 75 feet away and knew instantly they NAILED IT! Up close you can barely tell where the work was done unless you are looking for it. No insurance, no rental car, no hassle.
Without question I wholeheartedly recommend Berks Auto Collision Center for any repair, minor or major.
Note: My only question is who are the idiots that rated Berks three stars or less? If you are reading this and one of "them" yes, I'm calling you an idiot. You likely never gave anyone a FIVE STAR rating in your life. You most likely look for things to complain about. You probably complain about your food order to get a discount and then stiff your server on the tip. Yes, that's you. Cheers!”
“Our car was totaled in an accident. Kim, the manager at the Reading, PA location, handled our claim with our insurance company. She gave us suggestions, was very compassionate. Each time we went in, she asked how I was feeling, with genuine concern. When she told us she would call back, she did. Our experience there was good. She made a bad situation better.”
