So upset- handed an important bill right to the gal on January 11th. Today is the 22nd and still company has not received! Very worried as I mailed it way ahead of time and now the due date is wed this week. Why from this location mail takes so long? Guess I should have checked the reviews!!!Will consider another location next time!!! ?

All of the staff members at this location make my blood boil. Every single one of them is rude, dismissive, condescending, and absolutely miserable. Don't go! Find another location. Unless you want to be treated like dirt. Horrible!

Not good at allll..mail always missing& never get all my mail.. My email say it’s there Soons I get there it’s not there& u ask they say oh well it should be in the box.. I went there the other day girl took soooo long coming to front had me& a customer waiting we steady ringing the bell& hear it is .. she in the back braiding her hair.. Very unprofessional

Better off going to Aston. Customer service is poor, the black lady at the front always has an attitude. She gave me trouble trying to ship off my package so I went to Aston and had no problems. In and out service.

This place is NEVER open and its frustrating. Ive gone at various points of the day and its always "sorry were out to lunch"... really? I live across the street from here and tired of having to go outside of town to get to a functioning post office. The ones in the chichester area in general are so unreliable its irritating!

Where to begin firstly I had to run here before this week they say they open at 830am I was there at 845am and proceeded to wait until almost 9am and no one came. Secondly every time I go here the ladies are blasting rap music which I like this type of music as much as the next person but when trying to fill out important document listeaning to 2 PAC a little hard to focus I actually laughed like who lets employees act this was and lastly ive been going here for years its always something a lost letter ive sent to media or never I mean never answering the phone. This is a extension of our government it should be at least some what professional. I guess im calling the main post company to complain....

My mail has been left out in the rain. My mail has been left outside the mailbox even though it was empty. My mail has been shoved ripping and breaking items. I seen with my own eyes the mail man drop my stuff in the rain. He could have moved two feet to put it put of the rain. I know times are hard and we all need a break. I dont deserve my stuff to be ruined especially when shipping things out and receiving them is money for my home. Correct this.

Put ten packages in the mail box at this post office on April 5th at the direction of the woman postal employee who was collecting the mail at the end of the day. That is the last they were seen or heard from. No one at the post office (despite 3 trips and several attempted calls - no one answers) have not resulted in my finding my packages. Tracking won't work because tracking says that they weren't received. The party line at the post office is that they "don't appear as scanned until they reach the hub." I am at a total loss. Can anyone help?
