Took my daughter last Saturday for a full set, first off they were 15 mins late opening with 5 of us waiting then they tell me by getting gel they will last longer well by that Tuesday 3 nails fell off. I went there & asked was that normal they set an appointment for them to get fixed and the guy said it’d be free. Well then the lady charged her $30. Highly disappointed and don’t think I’ll be returning. It’s a shame because it’s local and convenient

What is places ridiculously terribly they should be shut down they just have my nieces eyebrows and left so much and I told her to fix it. She claims that she fixed it and it’s still so bad now I have to go home and I have to fix it. she should I wax again she did not do nothing good she did go to my nieces Nails Mind you they’re eight years old each, and she didn’t even take the excess nail polish off of the cuticle . She’s almost everybody in the building is horrible I would not suggest anyone to go here. Do not go here you’re not gonna be satisfied you’re not gonna get your moneys worth I’m telling you right now this business don’t even deserve a one star.

Don't use a debit card there! I've been doing home manicures and pedicures since the pandemic. My boyfriend decided to treat me to a pedicure this past weekend, and he sat and got one with me as well. It was worth the indulgence... I thought. Tonight he's checking his bank, he made the mistake of using a debit card up there, the charge should have been $80 for the two of us ($40 each). He was charged the $80 plus another $120 (plus he tipped each technician generously in CASH so he's paid over $200 for two pedicures at a WALMART nail salon!)! And of course he can't find his receipt. He'll be reaching out to them tomorrow but I have a feeling it's going to be an argument because he can't find his receipt. There were several women in there at the same time who were getting multiple services like full-set nails and eyebrows and feet. Clearly they charged his card for somebody else's services! This was not my usual salon that I used to go to before the pandemic, I never liked the looks of this place and I will never go back. You just don't make mistakes like that with people's money! Now he's going to have file a dispute with his bank and lord knows how it will take to get it back. 100% UNACCEPTABLE!Services: Foot massages

Discovered this place about 5 years ago. Massage chairs, hot rocks, hand and foot massage. Excellent mani and pedis. That's all I've gotten, but they have other services also. They don't offer wine and snacks, probably why their services are 20 to 30% less expensive than the majority of nail salons in our area.

Rushed me because he had appointments. Paid almost $50 just to get a overlay and it looks like he just painted my regular nails. Disappointed

I have been going to Regal Nails for about 6 months now. They do a very good job. Toa, the manager, does my nails, and he always does a great job. Great nail at a great price. Best kept secret, don't sleep on them. :)

Bottle of gel said 30 days.Day 2 nails chipped (I sit at a desk).Day 3 3 more nails chip.Day 5 one completely comes off in one piece. Today day 10 sitting in another shop. Woman tells me “never use that shop again,” she then says “they use cheap product”. And it shows!70 dollars for gel nails and pedicure. (Which is very sloppy) and day 10 getting it taken off. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Don’t use this facility. You will regret it.Services: Manicure

My nails were goopy, thick and just looked like duck feet. Most the females who have shared photos of "how wonderful" the nails look, actually they look really terrible. Go to Aston!!! They are so nice, they take the time to make your nails how you want them and its MUCH CLEANER!!! This place was a total waste. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!Services: Nail art

I had my nails done a few days ago. The male operator that did my nails was extremely rough. He kept pulling my hands toward him with force, and several times he hit my skin with the nail equipment, never once apologizing. He was very RUDE. Then after telling me to wash my hands he switched places with another operator without even informing that they were switching customers. However, the lady wasn't as rough or rude as he was, but her customer service skills wasn't much better. I guess they don't care about good customer service. If I ever go back there, I definitely don't want him again.Service: Gel manicure
