This was the absolute worst experience ever with H&R Block, so bad that I will never use them again which is a shame since I have been using them since tax year 2005.The agent who heled me screwed up (never sent my return to the IRS). First they said it was due to non-payment. After hours on the phone with them and my bank, they finally agreed they had been paid.The next excuse was that the IRS rejected the submission, however there is no record of such on my H&R Block account page or IRS account page.Now my return is late and who knows what my penalties will be.On top of all of that, the receptionist (named Dimple) was rude and straight-up trashy.NEVER AGAIN, TurboTax here I come!

Service was decent. Our rep was friendly and completed our taxes in a timely manner. However, the cost was more than we anticipated. We will try another service next year to compare and determine if there is a better option.
