It's 10:05 am on a Saturday morning and the store is not open. This has happened to me at least 6 times now on various days and times. Apparently they don't want customers. I'm heading to Family Dollar. I suggest you call ahead of time before wasting your time driving there.

Great convenience for me and my family. Love shopping here. Has made a lot of great strides from the time it opened until now. Staff is always accommodating. Noah is a great manager. He should be running something larger he's good at what he does. I stop here just about everyday during the week. A must stop. Prices are lower or the same as the grocery store.

this place is randomly closed very frequently. almost like minimum wage isn't enough for someone to be a key carrier. 3 different times this week I tried to stop in during posted open hours. doors locked and sometimes lights are off so you know to not even try pulling in. pathetic excuse for a business.

DG needs to pay their employees a living wage!!!A store MANAGER makes $14!!! A cashier is $8. Wawa cashier pays $15.They work employees 24/7 for next to nothing. When the manager obviously gets burnt out, they lock the doors and walk and I don’t blame them.That’s why the store is never open and rarely stocked. Dollar general sounds like the absolute worst place around to work for. Shame cause this place is close to me and I liked to shop there.

I know they don't have many people working and it's hard to keep the place stocked. Only issue I have is at any given time there closed. No warning nothing. A few times I had to make an emergency store run during store hours and everytime they were closed for one reason or another. If you can't keep the store open get it out of our neighborhood.

Can’t really rate properly. Went there at 330pm on a Saturday. The lights are on cars in the parking lot but the doors are locked about 10 of us pulled up and left. I assume understaffed.

I was happy when this store opened after Walgreens closed. Well they need to close the doors and start all over again or hire people to work and pay the 15 bucks an hour! This place is a mess and has been a mess!!! One time I saw it organized and said well ok , they will make it. Last night was the last time I will ever walk through them doors. You will break your back falling over all the boxes all over the place. Empty shelves everywhere and old food. I got something I have to return today because I opened it and tasted like its been around 5 years. Expiration date is June 4! Check what you are buying in there!! This store has potential to be good if they just hire more than one person and get on the ball. I lived in Upper Chichester for over 35 years and come on now, Im real sure you can afford to pay people . The young man at the register was kind and good at his job, but he cant run the whole store and watch over the money at the same time. Can the manager get on the ball???

This store is a mess. There are runners everywhere with trash and cardboard boxes spilling into the isles. To get stuff from the shelves you have to push the runners out of the way. There is always a huge line with one cashier. I went in today, put my stuff onto the counter, and the cashier ignored me and continued texting someone.

This store is a hot mess! The cashier was rude! I only went there cause I was in the area. Next time I will just go to Walmart like I was going to!

So many empty shelves and half the aisles were blocked with full inventory carts in them so I could only get one of the things I came for- a bottle of water. The girl behind the register was talking on her phone and not paying any attention to customers. Used self checkout and left disappointed. It seems dollar stores are hit or miss.

Every time I go there they are not open for whatever reason. Cashier at check is a very nice young man when I have been able to shop there.

The place was practically empty. Stock was disheveled however the one employee that was working, Anthony was very customer service oriented. I will go back.

Doors locked at 545pm with all the lights on and 2 empty cars in the parking lot. No sign on the door giving a reason. At least 15 people pulled up and left. This places is closed more then its open. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

This place has gone downhill. They're almost never open and when they are their system is almost always down. They always also have different staff everytime I'm in there. I keep hearing echoes of nobody wants to work but of course nobody does because they only pay $10 per hour.I don't know what happened to the 3 girls who ran it before Christmas, but this company desperately needs them back at this location. I'll be taking my business elsewhere until they either bring their old staff back or can hire a steady staff.It's a shame. This used to be a great location, now it's one of the worst in the area, and yes, I'm including the Tri State mall location.
