These thieves changed me $1200 for eye drops. I decided whyI needed a refill to go to Walgreens. $25 !!! Why did CVS charge me two weeks salary!!. Plus they are rude and never answer their phone. I am done with them. Take my advice and go to Walgreens.

This is my 3rd time calling today and I’m CURRENTLY on hold for 37 minutes with no answer as I type this. The cvs app is not allowing us to refill my wife’s prescription so figured “why not just call and speak with the pharmacy” but it’s even worse. At least the app replies to you, I haven’t even spoken to a person yet today as it’s just the automated wait music and recording. After today (if we can even get ahold of them” will be the last time we use this location. It’s a complete joke.

Have called about a script 5 times today and can not get an answer. For some reason the automated line won’t fill it even though I have 6 refills left. It’s an emergency med that needs to be filled. Throughout all the phone calls today I have been on hold collectively for over 2 hours. Will be finding a new pharmacy after this. Beware, don’t go here.

Nothing but issues here. Called to talk about a script and was hung up on immediately. Called back but no answer. Some techs here are nice, but they're few and far between. The only redemption for this place is the ability to have scripts delivered.

Pharmacy is not like it was. Slow and unhelpful now. Took 3 hours to get a prescription filled for a scared, nervous kid. At one point they had me on hold for over 30 minutes, had to drive to the store to get an answer and get them to fill it. Won't be going back.

I am surprised if a person takes same medicine non generic and sealed every time how you can just think one day you have authority to put all leftovers in one bottle and label its same .. and then pharmacist fight back my question is who are you to decide that I’ll take opened pills what’s a proof they are non generic ? Pharmacist attitude is horrible she thinks she is the owner .. if my doctor and insurance says I am eligible for sealed and non generic you need to fill accordingly .

That pharmacy is an issue that I don’t think anyone would actually be able to fix. Between the wrong prescriptions, the attitude of their pharmacists, the long waits, and just their audacity it’s beyond frustrating dealing with this place.

The pharmacy line always long and then they had the nerve to ask me for id for allergy medicine when my prescription clearly says 1984….I’m not ready to die..Yall have to do better seriously I cry all the way home my allergies killing me that bad.My 13 year old daughter just gave me two of hers…I just needed to take something right then and there

Had a horrible experience with a fill in pharmacy member. He apparently does not work at this location but fills in from time to time. I called to inquire about their Adderall stock since there is a shortage and this man said "mam i dont know who you are, im not going to tell you about our stock supply" as if I was going to come in and rob the place. I called multiple pharmacies and none of them had an issue telling me they were out of stock or in stock except for this one... this man in particular. He is a disgrace and I wish I got his name because he should not work in anything customer service related ever in his life!!! I called the store manager and he was very kind and understanding, so I do appreciate that.

You know you have a customer that gets the same prescription every month. You know the date that prescription runs out and that it will be needed yet you never have it in stock, it's always "on order" when it's time to be refilled. It's no skin off your back cause you're not the one that needs it to function. Unfortunately for us you're that only one that carries the right type so we can't go elsewhere because trust me, if we could, we would.
