The price is great. The wash is great. But on top of all of that, they take great care of their customers. I went there for the first time a while ago. I had an experience where the wash stopped suddenly which was mainly my fault anyway. But I had to buy another wash because my car was still full of foams. I called the business. They apologized. They explained what might have happened. They reimbursed both of the “washes”, AND they sent me an extra free wash. I guess that is what they mean by going “above and beyond” in a business.

Car wash is not overly expensive. It did a good job as well. There wasn't a long line and I was able to go in and out.

Best carwash in State College/Boalsburg area. Reasonable prices and thorough cleaning. And they recently upgraded their pay system to touch screen/tap pay.

I am stupidly insane for not seeing the sign. The machine which supposed to change paper bill to coins, stole my money. I wont blame the machine because the red indicator was on, and I didn't pay attention on it. Probably because I was so preoccupied with so much things in my brain.I was planning to clean my car, using the vaccuum cleaner, unfortunately the last paper bill that I have was $20.00. So, I inserted my money and coins didn't came out! I tried to call the number here in the google review but the customer support who answered me was only recorded voice machine. Dang!I think the man above saw my struggle so he sent an angel in disguise. An old lad, with robotic leg (prosthesis) approach me and asked about my problem. He was so polite and listen to me without judging my stupidity. He was very emphatetic, and helped me. His name is Dolan. He works there, I dont know exactly what was his role, and I thought he was the owner because he is so nice.So, he open the coin machine, gave me my 20 usd bill. We found out that it doesnt have any more coins yet it still eats money. Gluttony! Lol. Anyways, Dolan was so nice that he offered me his OWN quarters to help me clean my car. I refused to take it, because I didnt want to take advantage of his kindness.Congrats wash world for keeping a guy like him. He is the best example of "Real Customer Support". You are so blessed to have him. He is an asset. Please dont treat him as commodity.

The vending machine that sold the internal car cleaner stole my money. This car wash is hit or miss. Sometimes, the air dryer works. Other times, it doesn't.
