“Allow me to preface this review with I'm not a Karen but this was not what I had in mind when stopping here.I stopped in for a shower after reading rave reviews about this truck stop. I'm a frequent traveler (non trucker) and use the showers when possible.I was less than impressed when I arrived. The clerk told me showers were for truckers and when I suggested paying for one I got the price of $15. The clerk is a nice woman and helpful. The store is well lit, stocked and clean. No sweat there but then I was let in to shower #1.The showerhead was barely producing water, (weak pressure) clearly not properly attached to the wall and needed a shot of CLR. The curtain was full of snot, the shower pan, walls and floor, pubic hair. The sink was full of someone's beard and I couldn't brush my teeth. I cleared the clogged drain and cleaned the shower. I spent more time cleaning the shower than using it. The clerk was made aware of the issues and seemed thankful. I spent about 8 hours sleeping on the side of the bldg and was on my way in the morning. The clerk should have refunded my money.I would recommend this stop if the filth and lack of decent water pressure/loose showerhead is accordingly addressed.”
“Was in there tonight 2/9 and ordered food the really nice girl that was training answered my questions and even tho they had a huge online order I didn't wait long for our food that the girl named trinity made. Great new employee! Our food was awesome!”
“Started going to Rite Aide on advice from a friend and glad I did!! Most of the staff including a few pharmacist now know me by name and greet me as they would a family member!! Everyone there goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs!! I will never go to another pharmacy as long as they remain where they are!! Thanks to all the Rite Aide staff for the Excellent job you do and for making me comfortable while picking up my meds!! Job well done!!!”

Free vacuums with average suction power like you may find from a lizard at a truck stop. High tech car wash with a touch or no touch option so you don’t get “Me too’d”. Overall a nice establishment. “It's the hub of Thurmont nightlife. Where else are you going g to go after 10pm in the sleepy one stoplight town of Thurmont? Sheetz! Normal variety of snacks, drinks and fuel offerings. With the bonus of one of the rooms of the motel next door putting a show in for you! Come on.... Where else are you going to stop North of Frederick on 15?”
“I am giving us Walgreens five stars. I never had any troubles with them and every time I go there what I need is ready. But for the first time what I needed was not ready. I had made ornaments for Christmas gifts. Yes it was my fault. I ordered them the day before Christmas Eve but I expected them to be done on time. When my husband got there to pick them up, they said the lady that is in charge of the photos must’ve rearranged and they could not find the product supply my order. It would’ve been nice to know up because I put same-day order. Why I’m giving them a five star review is because the ladies took the time to try to find the right exact right product but they were able to make what I needed ready for Christmas Eve because my Christmas Eve party was first thing in the morning. Those ladies could’ve just been like no we can’t help you. Sorry for your luck. The two ladies took the time to fix my order. I am extremely happy to have my Christmas gifts. They made it work. They did a great job thinking outside the box. This wall greens deserves all the positive reviews. Thank you.Bethany”
“Good little gas station and convenient store. How wide selection of candy and chips as well as sodas and other goodies.The attendance were kind. The store was clean. The men’s bathroom was clean.They have motor oil and other items help you in a pinch. I was glad to find that the windshield washer squeegee was in good shape and the reservoir that held it was filled with windshield washer fluid.”
