If I could give this establishment a zero, I certainly would. I went with all the proper papers and documents to renew my 89 year old grandmothers passport. I had pictures attached and the documents signed by my grandmother. I went in to the front and asked the postal worker if all of this was correct, but had a question regarding one of the two checks that were required for this. The postal worker got a passport attendant, who was extremely rude. She came out with a nasty attitude, telling me if I had questions I needed to make an appointment. I simply told the lady that I had all the proper documentation, and she told me that I needed to make an appointment if I wanted her help. So, to make a long story short, she told me if I was renewing a passport it couldn’t be 5 years old, I said the papers from the state say 15 years and she goes yeah that’s right but I just like to say 5 years. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t accept the paperwork then because my grandmother didn’t sign the documents in front of the attendant. The passport attendant told me I could make an appointment for a mid August - when I said I would go somewhere else she goes “good, then next in line” before I could even walk away. She was so disrespectful, dismissive, and honestly a disgrace. To have someone working there, treating people like that, is not a good look. I don’t want to hear that she was having a bad day- I just think she’s naturally nasty and disagreeable. I will not be back.

Excellent. Qualified, attentive, polite staff. I had to make a shipment and I thought the price was reasonable, 100% recommended ??

Agree with everyone. Poorly run and very rude staff. Go elsewhere if possible. Employee Wouldn’t give me tape to attach my shipping label and told me I would have to buy a whole roll. UPS and FedEx always do it as a courtesy.

Avoid this place if you can, the staff clearly doesn’t enjoy working here at all. Like it’s simple if your life it’s so pathetic there’s no reason to drag down other people with your nasty attitudes and laziness.

The staff in this place need to be retrained. No one wants to accountable and they are very short and aggressive when talking to a customer. What a joke.

Staff and Supervisors not aware of postal rules and regs..It is legal to mail a rifle to yourself or a licensed repair facility in another state. I read the rules prior and complied with all packaging requirements...stood there for 20 minutes..as they called " downtown"..the answer " mail it " . The staff hated that I was right about the procedure...

Package was delivered here instead of my postal box. This has happened multiple times and every time it happens I need to reach out to both sides and have them ship it to the right place. Not sure who keeps mixing it up but it’s extremely annoying. Impossible to get ahold of; You need to visit them in person.

I went this morning my appointment was at 9:30( we arrived at 9 and the window was still closed),at 9 :30 the lady at the passport window showed up and was very rude and racist, she said our appointment is not confirmed and she that she will accept no walk in (even if we showed her the email),she took the couple that was after us without asking them for neither their appointment or even name ,it is very unprofessional and disrespectful stop discrimination

I am so over USPS. I drove over 45 minutes for the walk in passport hours just to find out that they are closed because they are short staffed. I tried calling prior to this, but no one picked up the phone. Extremely unprofessional.

I dont know when the folks who gave bad reviews posted, but we moved here 11/2 yrs ago &I have Always had helpful workers. They offer advice & are very courteous

Very poorly run. I usually have to leave before I get to the counter because there is just one person working the desk in the middle of the day and the line is too long. Postmaster is in office with door shut. Other employees doing things more important than waiting on the people that have been standing there for 15 minutes to pick up an important package on their short lunch break. Miserable vibe in here.

If you are going to choose to work with the general public every day, I think you should at least try to be kind and helpful instead of rude and inconsiderate. You were hired to serve a need of the people and they are paying you for that service!
