This location is the absolute worst. Completely useless on pack and ship. They just tried to charge me $153 to ship two tennis racquets because they wanted to use a refrigerator sized box.

Always a great experience here! The manager makes a point to remember consistent customers. We have had a PO Box for about a year now and they always make sure we are taken care of.

DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS. I went in this morning and they wanted to charge me $1 to tape a 12inch box. When I asked why, they replied “tape costs my boss money”… the employee (kids) are very very very disrespectful and ignorant.Save yourself a headache and go to another ups, this ups is not deserving of your business. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS.Ps. They didn’t even give me receipt for the $1. So god knows if they even declare that $

Trust the negative reviews. This UPS store is by far the worst in the area. Young kids are running this place with no adult supervision. Rude, ignorant, egotistic and unprofessional is the name of the game at this store. This store is undeserving of the Blue Bell status and needs to be disbanded completely. Heaven forbid if you forget to put a piece of tape on a package, they will charge you for a sliver of it. I will never step foot in this store again. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else that appreciates your time and money.

Staff has very bad attitude, when when I was nice and asked them how there day was, that was ignored… my box didn’t have tape on it and tried to charge me 20$ for tape and when I said that more then a roll. He said nothing in life is free. Actually your attitude was completely free.

Store hours posted say they open at 9am on Saturday. It’s 10:30am and doors are locked, no one is here.

The store is never open when their hours are clearly listed. I just went today at 5:00 and the lights are on but they locked the door.

This store is like something out of a bad movie. I shipped a computer in Nov of 2022 and paid to have it insured. The package was lost and they just gave me the run around for months and months. I filed w the court today so maybe just maybe they will finally pay me back for the insurance and the shipping fee. Mark and his daughter Nicole should not be in anyway representing UPS. Worst ever experience I have ever had w a business.
