I lived at Townline Townhomes for 3 years and overall it was a great experience. Quiet and safe neighborhood , friendly/responsive staff, and good location.

I really love my little townhome and want to stay in it for years and years to come. But I have a neighbour that harassed me since I moved in after I complained about her smoke and marijuana getting into my unit by smoking right in front of my door . Recently the neighbour stole my ring camera and was charged with criminal mischief and found guilty.

beautiful community, really enjoying the prompt attention that I have received and I feel valued as a resident. safe location and close to grocery, mall, rte 476 and the turnpike.

Everything is always clean, garbage is collected on time, the staff is very nice, we are very happy, we can’t even move. very much used to it. I recommend 10 out of 10

The upstairs in the apartment is very hot. Also the rent is expensive for the type of amenities that don’t include upgrades such as granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The community is quiet and friendly and the grounds are kept nice. The pool and area needs upgrades

Very nice community. All of the facilities are adequate to meet our family's needs. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the rent plans are very affordable.

Townline Townhomes are a wonderful place to live. It's peaceful, well kept, and convenient to shopping and major highways.
I love living here in this park like environment. It's a joy to return home every day.

I’ve lived here for almost three years. Coming from the military I have lived in dozens of places all over the country and world. Townline is by far the best and first place I have truly considered “home.” Townline is an excellent place to raise children. It is super kid friendly and has something for everyone including a great gym a pool. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained and the maintenance here is top notch. They always fix things correctly and promptly and they are friendly. Keisha and the office staff are awesome as well! I plan to live here until I buy a house is so great here!

Robert is AMAZING! We came to tour Townline townhomes about a month ago and had a phenomenal experience. Robert was so thorough and gave us a personal tour - answering all our questions along the way. The application process was so fast and easy. And to top it off, our move in date was the day of a snow storm and Robert went out of his way to still give us our keys, allowing us to move it rather than having to cancel our Uhaul and movers. Robert really made our entire move in so easy and we are so happy we chose Townline townhomes.

Kesha in the leasing office is one of the best managers of a property I have ever been a part of. I can email or call and she always responds very promptly. If I have any questions or concerns she communicates with such kindness, patience, and understanding. I highly recommend living here due to the awesome management AND maintenance staff!

My dad lived here back in 2014-2016. This was a great community to live in. Very quiet and the apartments were clean. Unfortunately, the price has increased so much that I can’t afford to live here myself. The only issue I observed was the trash area piles up very quickly.

It was one of the best communities I have ever lived in. Beautiful scenery, good staff and everything is nearby. Maintenance team is real quick..and got full deposit back while moving out after 2 years.
