“We were helped by Nick Bott(coincidently on his last day before he moved to a busier store). He was terrific. Watching him work, he was clearly someone with long-developed instincts for solving problems in the paint world. My wife and I were jittery about being able to match a light-toned white paint but he nailed it.We were so happy with the results, we came back later with a paint sample for another part of the house we had long delayed in repainting because of fear of matching. This time Asst. Manager Mike helped us...and he too perfectly matched the color and sheen of the sample.Both men were personable and engaging and the 2 experiences couldn't have been better. My wife and I, frankly, had no loyalty to paint manufacturers or retail outlets, but now we absolutely do.
