“I have written reviews in the past, but this is an extra special, long overdue review. United Tire in Willow Grove PA deserves TEN STARS!! I have had almost all of my cars repaired here for years and years; way back to the early 1980s (a couple of owners ago). Chuck, Dave, Travis, John, Tony and all of the mechanics are great. Being a female, it is scary to bring your car to a mechanic. These guys were always respectful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, soft spoken, explained everything to me---and competent etc. My cars were always repaired correctly the first time; but if there was a time to get double-checked, they always welcomed and accommodated me. A year and a half ago-2022, I needed to start leasing, per my sister's suggestion; getting older and didn't want to have to worry anymore about repairs. “Me and my husband we're getting an oil change today and while we were there we witness them being honest and forthcoming to a client that thought that he needed a certain work done on their car. It turns out they do not need that work and instead they advised him to get new tires prior to getting an alignment. They could have just given them an alignment and not cared about his tires. I think every other car place would do in a second and just take advantage of that guy they did not. These guys are honest and thorough.
