I felt very much at ease here--everyone is very friendly. The exercises I was given are helping a lot. The heated pool is the best!

Fantastic group, very organized, great staff, starting with the first person you meet, the receptionist. Have time for me, I don’t feel rushed, or like I’m doing meaningless exercises; everything is intentional and professional.

I came in w/torn ACL, couldn't walk, tie my shoes, etc. Lonni & her crew showed patience & perseverance to restore me to full health. They're awesome! I highly recommend them.
