“I've been a member of this credit union for 20 years and it's because the customer service is amazing!! You can call and talk to an actual person who really knows the answers to your questions. I moved out of the area but can use shared branches close to home for everything. Fraud problems? Nope! They contact you with any unusual activity right away. I had a mortgage through them and NEVER had a problem. The app allows remote check deposit and secure text messaging which are responded to right away. I recently went to the Blue Bell branch and Shane was such a pro for both of the big transactions I had that day. In person, over the phone, or by secure text on the app, their customer service is unmatched. If you want the best customer service, this should be your credit union!!!”
