He spent a lot of time with me, was very pleasant and professional. Nick was able to transfer my precious and priceless photos from my old phone to my new phone. He also helped me with Google Maps on my new phone that was not giving me the start option but just a preview option. Nick was able to locate the start option for me. “I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”

“Went from 5 stars to -1. Went into this store today and tried to change my pin. Manager she identified herself as is very rude and unprofessional. Since I don’t know her name — black woman with red hair. I’ve dealt with the previous manager and every store associate her has always been helpful. When I asked her for her name she refused murmullé times to provide it and said “I don’t need it”.
This person should not be in any position of leadership. Disappointing and I will me making a complaint to the BBB
Update: My review from earlier you can disregard. Daniel the Manager and Chris are wonderful, and the complete opposite of the previous negative experience I’ve had this location. With Dan in charge, the store vibe is positive, , professional and both Chris and Dan go out of their way to help you.”
