“TLDR: This is the only AT&T store I’ll be going to because of Edwardo and staff! My phone was having issues with connectivity. I was recommended this store and was blown away by the level of professionalism and support. edvard and staff gave me hope that the issue could be resolved and took the time/ care to make sure it was done completely. He made a stressful experience easier and almost enjoyable haha! His rapport with customers was evident and effortless. In the time I was there, I watched him flawlessly field over 6 customers with ease, which was truly astounding! I’m so grateful for this store and the wonderful employees here. He identified an issue with my account that I did not know was present and spent at least an hour (probably more) on the phone on my behalf in trying to resolve it. I highly recommend him and thank him for all his help in working to resolve an issue with my account that I was not aware existed.”

“It’s hard to believe that this could happen leaving a Verizon store, but the above-and-beyond service I got for more than a 90 minute tricky problem had me leaving feeling I was royalty—or at least had 2 personal assistants working diligently on my behalf.
Possibly because their fraud department was protecting me from identity theft, my desire to reactivate a former line required internal security clearance second only to the CIA.
Jake, leading the way with intelligent support from Mike, figured out a peculiar glitch and stayed with me every minute of the way through a series of well-intentioned but arduous steps requiring repititious validations and obstacles taking—seriously—over 90 minutes. Jake stayed focused and non-exasperated with the security people even when we had to repeat tests…and like a good coach, sent me encouraging glances when my own patience wavered. Mike showed a lot of common sense and real involvement with the mission.
I give these guys the highest marks in seriousness of purpose AND empathy. What could have been a nightmare became a warm collaboration.”

“I recently visited the Verizon store in Wayne PA. I went in with two separate problems. One my iPhone 14 would not send or receive text messages from android phones. The second one was concerning my watch and its cellular set up. I had spent multiple times on the phone for literal hours with both Apple and Verizon to no avail prior to my visit. So my expectations were pretty low given what I had been through already. A sales person greeted me directly and we sat down at his workspace. He told me he was new, but would help me get my problems resolved. I was skeptical to say the least but Adi (I hope I am spelling his name correctly. I misplaced the paper with his information on it.) worked through each issue methodically with a little help from Verizon Tech support and the manager who I believe was named Bob. It took a while due to the complexity of the issues but all was resolved completely. Thank you again Adi and I wish continued success at Verizon.”

“First time in this store as I had moved since my last trip. I worked with Jazmyne and it could not have gone smoother. I was instantly greeted and sat down. We went over every option and she had an immediate answer for every question I had. Came in with a shattered iPhone X and left with an iPhone 15 pro max 20 min later. We actually spoke about her moving to another state soon so she made sure to give me the info for her coworkers in case I had any issues. Easy 5 stars.”
“Today, was the best experience that I’ve had in a long time, and it was with Wilton at T-Mobile in East Norriton, PA. Wilton is not only very educated but an Amazing Salesperson. He listens to what you want and explains the difference between Apple and Android services. This location is very caring for your needs, and I would suggest going out of your way to see them even if its out of the way.
