We went later on a Saturday night and while the sales associates were busy working the floor, several of them still inquired if we needed assistance. That doesn't happen at many of the Kohl's I frequent. Very pleased and thankful to the friendly and accommodating associates!

Nice place to shop. I prefer buying clothes and other accessories in person rather than online. I like to walk-in to the retail stores that are clean and well maintained. I once forgot to carry Kohls card and thought I will have to leave shopping cart back. But to my surprise, I found a way to make payment via Kohl's app. It securely generates a QR code which is tied up to your Kohls card and you can just pay thru the Kohls app. Wonderful feature.

I had a coupon and the person in the register refused to scan it because she said it won’t work i said just scan it please and if it doesn’t work it no problem she still refunded I asked for a manager she was worse. Her name is Alena Donna. I will not go back to that store and let see if they do the same thing to every customer

Kohls store was very clean, had all the items we were looking for, the sales associate at the check out counter was pleasant, attentive to details like the making sure the anti-theft thing was off the clothing, and she was quick. We love Ko session.hls for our Retail Therapy

I like Kohl’s because the clothes are decent quality and there is always some kind of sale. I enjoy the rewards. I use the app a lot and it’s usually convenient. They’re good about taking back all the things I order online just to see if they look good or fit.

The whole game of variable discount %, coupons and Kohl's cash to offset over priced merchandise has gotten worse. In addition, fewer and fewer items allow discounts to be applied. To their credit, they now indicate clearly if an item is coupon eligible. The shopping chain is clearly in decline, which is sad because I used to enjoy shopping here.

I went in hoping to find a couple pairs of capris to wear this summer. They had what I was looking for and I had a 30% off coupon so it worked out well. I don’t particularly enjoy shopping but I do enjoy being able to find what I need. I like Kohls. It carries a lot of things but it’s not overwhelming.

I tried working here and was nice to the hiring manager and when I told her management was being rude at my old job she got smart and disrespectful with me saying management is never bad working anywhere and she was judging me by my old work story and because I was in school and interested into a job . I was supposed to have an interview at 10 am and she ain’t call me I had to call the store asking to speak to a hiring manager . And I feel like she ain’t hire me just because I’m black and I’m 19 years old trying to work because I enjoy helping customers all the time and she judged me without even getting to know me and it’s sad . I feel like she was being racist towards me and she was just being lazy at her job and she was barely trying to talk to me and spoke every 3 minutes and got quiet as well.
