This might be my 2nd Review but I wanted to provide a review because I had excellent service today at Jolie Salon. I had a small issue with my hair today, I asked to speak to the Mgr. She immediately came up to the desk, was so kind & compassionate. She immediately got the blonde specialist, Chelsea. Chelsea was also kind, compassionate & professional about the issues I had with my highlights from another stylist. She was quick to get me back in the next day to fix it for me -At No Charge. I am very happy & appreciate the service at this Salon. I will be back. Chelsea is kind, upbeat, & professional. She knows her stuff. I highly recommend Jolie Salon!

Kaili at Jolie Spa is the best Wella hair colorist. She is the ultimate WELLA BLONDE EXPERT. She has a great knowledge of mixing Wella blonde colors and doing highlights. She also specializes in extensions and hair cuts etc. I've been a customer at Jolie Spa for 20 years and Kaili is my #1 choice. My blonde hair always looks great because of Kaili. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

I had a gel manicure and a toe polish change with Summer, and it was a great experience! There was no waiting and they took us back right at our appointment time. Summer did a very thorough job cleaning up cuticles and prepping my toes just for a polish change. The quality of the gel manicure is great too! It was a very friendly and fun environment.

They suck! They’re overpriced and will tell you they know what they’re doing but they don’t. They ruined my hair and I went back to get it fixed and it still looks bad, and then I bring my daughter with curly hair for her first hair cut and they half sprayed it, fizzed it out and started chopping away and now it’s uneven and she looks like a mushroom! I’m never going back and honestly want a refund. $50 just for my daughter’s awful haircut and over )300 for mine all together ! Charged me another $50 just to “fix” it when they’re the ones who ruined it. Granted everyone was nice to my face but who knows if they were complaining about me as soon as I left.

Sofia is fabulous! Each time I'm with her at the salon, she takes the time to explain what she's doing and how it will affect the overall look of my finished hair. She's knowledgeable, patient, kind, and SO fantastic with color! I left the salon yesterday very happy with the balayage facial framing she added, and I love my new look!

Wash, cut, blow dry: great salon...offers coffee, water, snacks. Comfortable, neat and clean. Great scalp message part of the service. A salon: not a quick, cheap, one size fits all Cuttery. I feel pampered for an hour of me time. Even my 97 year old mother loves Jolie.

I have had manicures and a pedicure at Jolie recently. The expertise as well as the overall experience has been very positive. Jamie is wonderful and everyone is pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing.

I lov this spa from the second u walk in to the second u leave it is an amazing lavish experience. The treatment that I get for my hair , keratin treatment, has been amazing for the texture, growth, and feel of my hair. I lov everyone there and how much care they give to you as if ur the only client.
