“My boy friend moved into Blue Bell Villas in September, and unfortunately, on the second day, the unit experienced water damage because a neighbor forgot to turn off their water. While accidents can happen, we were truly impressed by the professionalism of the management team.
When my boy friend requested to switch units, the management team Jasmine and Ashley were proactive and highly supportive. Their responses were incredibly swift, as they always are. Additionally, the maintenance team reacted promptly and resolved the issue quickly.
we absolutely love the community atmosphere here. Whenever we have any questions or concerns, the management team is always quick to respond and assist.”

432 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Washington“Probably one of the best if not, the best hotel I’ve been in especially for its affordable price. Staff were professional and were available at all times. The lobby is extremely nice, spacious, and luxurious, there is a pool and a small fitness area available. Breakfast is great, freshly prepared, and has a lot of variety in options.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious, and were maintained well. Bathroom was nice and well maintained. If you are planning to stay here for a business related trip in this area or just in general, I would definitely choose this. 10/10 experience with this Holiday Inn.”
“Liked the menu choices, not a large menu, but there was something for everyone. The garden salad was very nicely done with grilled peaches and pecans. Our meals of salmon and schnitzel were wonderful. Sorbet dessert was a combination of apricot and mango, which was delicious. Ambiance was great and service attentive. Very nice evening out!”
“Friendly staff, very clean rooms, great amenities, like cornhole, & a game room for the family with board games, TV s, connect 4, couch & chair to lounge in, it was such a cool space. Breakfast is amazing, & a great pool & gym”
“I recently traveled to the area to attend the breakfast with Santa event. Not only did it run smoothly, but the breakfast was absolutely delicious! So many options to choose from, even my picky eater was satisfied! My personal favorite was the breakfast potatoes (I’ll be dreaming of those for weeks to come).Kathy made sure we didnt miss any of the activities, Brian checked in to see if we needed anything, and Chef Glickman and Colbert went out of their way to check in on how the food was. The staff was welcoming and patient, resulting in a wonderful event.I highly recommend! Totally worth the trip, if you aren’t local.”

The hotel is good value for money but not your holiday resort or anything. You need a car if you will be staying here. Or of course use ubers and or lyfts”
“Gorgeous facilities and wonderful food. The service was top notch, perfectly attentive and friendly. The seared tuna for lunch was my favorite but the seasoning on the fries was something special”
“Connie at the reception desk welcomed us to the hotel…. Gracious, informative, professional and especially friendly! So nice! The room was oversized and spacious! And the restaurant fabulous! Great service from Luke, Jillian, Bruna and hats off to Chef Rashad! The tomahawk steak and salmon were perfect! Talk about a beautiful presentation! I have to thank Jay for his fabulous espresso martinis! Jay treated us with great attention while we enjoyed listening to the band…. Undercover the People’s Band! And also another thank you to Donna for excellent hospitality! This spot is top notch! Thank you to everyone for all the attention and kindness. We will be back.
Food & drinks: Delicious!!! Loved our tomahawk steak and salmon. Of course the drinks too! We appreciated the constant attention from Luke and Jillian!”
“Have been trying out hotels in this area because my daughter goes to a college close by. Marriott Philadelphia West is conveniently location close to the highway and an across Wawa’s and 2 gas stations. It’s also close to a lot of great restaurants and ths King of Prussia Mall Check in was easy, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, double beds were comfortable. I didn’t hear a lot of noise even if there were wedding parties and a Bar Mitzvah happening this weekend.
I particularly enjoyed my time at the Legend’s Restaurant and Bar because of Anna the bartender. She provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.”

240 Mall Blvd, King of Prussia“Located in a convenient part of the city, this Hyatt offered quick check in the middle of the night. Rooms were in good condition and provided plentiful towels which is a plus for a young family. Pool and jacuzzi are quiet and clean which is refreshing as well as a little area to spray yourself down. Check out was easy and Courtney at the front desk was amazing! I missed breakfast with the little ones but hooked it up with a banana and bagel for the road. This hotel knows their client base very well. Looking forward to the next visit.”
“Big shout out to “Jackie”! The woman at the front desks who actually took the time for customer service unlike the man who checked us in on 2/18/24 @ 3:49 pm. Didn’t get his name. We handed him our REV-1220 form for PA tax exemption he didn’t even read it and said we don’t exempt you for sales tax! We explained it was a federal form for Occupancy tax whereupon he waved it around and handed it back and said we don’t do that. We approached Jackie the next day with the form, who read it and said let me see what I can do. Simple. We checked out and were exempt from Occupancy tax just like that. Thank you Jackie for taking the time! We were on the garden floor, it was quiet and clean. Thanks to Jackie we’ll come back again! That’s who the 5 stars are for.”

I was especially impressed with the barista at the grab-and-go breakfast spot downstairs. She was friendly and thoughtful. The bar was hopping in the best way! Great energy every night without being crowded.

Beautiful lobby and complementary beer and vine for certain hours.
only I didn’t like if your room has access to second room, that’s so bad because if your neighbors have fun or night you can’t sleep.”

The owner, Joe, along with his team, clearly takes personal pride in ensuring that every aspect of the property is clean, safe, and welcoming. Their approach to guest satisfaction isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes every guest feel like part of a community. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this inn stands out as a place where the staff goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is memorable. 2055 Chemical Rd, Plymouth Meeting“No complaints about this Hotel. Hampton always serves up a good experience and this met that expectation. Room was large, clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Staff were helpful, especially at the Continental breakfast. My only complaint is the layout of the site. Not much to do about it, but it was that user friendly for out of town folks to get in and out of.”

530 W Dekalb Pike #202, King of Prussia“Hampton Inn has really upped their game in recent years. This particular site had friendly, accommodating staff, even when we checked in close to midnight. They had a variety of snack options available at the counter for anyone who may be checking in too late to order food so that we didn't have to find a gas station for snacks, and they were generous with requests for items like mouthwash. The soap smelled amazing, and I love the way they've gone environmentally friendly by using lotion, shampoo, and conditioner bottles mounted to the walls to both reduce plastic waste and, I'm sure, save costs in all the travel sized toiletries that everyone is so fond of taking home. They were perfect for a clean, comfortable, safe overnight stay or even a work trip. I can't comment on the continental breakfast because I overslept, but they do offer it, so that's a plus as well. I wasn't there long enough to utilize it, but there is a gym facility with Peleton equipment. The final (and one of the most important for me) amenities: the lobby has 24-hour access to a variety of coffees, tea, and hot water. There are few things more disappointing than getting to a hotel that has an old glass coffee pot setup with scorched or empty pots any time of the day except the breakfast rush. If you're in the area and need a place to crash, I highly recommend this hotel.
Rooms: The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the layout of the room was practical to allow for easy setup should someone need to do remote work with a laptop. They've updated the outlets to accommodate USB plugins (which you'd think is pretty standard by now, but you'd be surprised how many still don't have accessible USB ports close to the bed).
There was an extra pillow in the closet, which is perfect for me, as I sleep with 3 pillows and there are usually only 2 per person on the bed.
The shower was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and had great water pressure that got good and hot.”

“"I couldn't be happier with the decision to sell my condo and move here permanently. Thanks to Sophia's expertise, I was able to find an excellent apartment with not just one but two walk-in closets. This has allowed me to finally bring my clothes and furniture out of storage and enjoy the space I deserve. I have been living here since January and the sense of community, convenience, and comfort I feel here is unparalleled. I am confident that this is the best decision for me, and I am grateful for Sophia's assistance in making it happen.”
