“If you want cold, sterile and unhelpful- go anywhere else. If you want to be treated like a valuable human, Stanley's is the place to go.
When you walk in, they ask how they can help you. When you tell them, they will explain any other supplies you may need as well. They are the perfect consultants. We also had an antique lamp that required some repairs. Someone else wanted to take it home as a side project. It came out far better than we expected.
On top of hiring locals and having staff who have been around for ages, it's a breath of fresh air going in there. I can't recommend them enough.”

I’ve been done with these guys for over 30 years it’s just a wonderful experience every time you go into this Company. All the sales reps are very, very knowledgeable. The counter / customer service area is very inviting with usually a few people ready to help. There is never any wait and there is coffee and snacks. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. “I had a very positive Experience with Len at Blue Bell Ace Hardware.
I had a 50+ utensil drawer. It kept falling apart from use. Nailed it, taped it. Decided to reach out to Ace for suggestions. Len said would look at it. He did amazing job. Glued it and put brackets on it. Price was so reasonable. Very courteous as well. I highly recommend dealing with such a nice crew at this store. Thank you.”
