“Wow! I am amazed by the excellent customer service I received at this store. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the screws I needed for my car. This is definitely the place you want to go to. They were willing to help, unlike the place I went to the day before. I see why the store is called Do It Best because they did just that and more.”

“I will always shop at Ace Hardware in Harleysville! I bought this griddle a couple of Saturdays ago and had them assemble it. We picked it up last week. When I went to season it the second burner didn't work right. I called Ace and the man who assembled it came to our house to look at it! He said to call Blackstone to see what they would do. Instead, I decided to call Ace and see what their return policy was. The manager knew who I was! He asked if I'd like to return it or swap it out for a new one? I said I'd like swap it out. They delivered it today and picked up the other one. I didn't even have to take back the first one and pick up the new one! How wonderful to have a store that stands behind the products they sell!”

“This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.”

“If you're looking for a Benjamin Moore paint store in the Philly suburbs, you Must come to this store!!! I traveled from West Chester to Bridgeport to buy paint from these guys.Price: Unbeatable!!! This store was about $15 less than all the other stores in my area. Not only were they cheaper, they gave me a painter's discount and a free t-shirt... I love t-$hirts but I love them even more when they're free.Service: Outstanding!!! The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you nor trick you into buying things you don't need. You can ask a million and one questions and they will answer them all and still leave you with some genius advice you never thought of. “I've shopped at their garden center many times, and I've always been happy with the selection of perennials, shrubs, and trees. They usually have what I'm looking for, and offer to order it for me if there's anything they don't have in stock right then. They always have a wide range of both ornamental plants and fruit/veggies/herbs. Also, their perennial selection usually includes plenty of native options. They are unfailingly polite and helpful.”
