I’ve been going to this location for five years and after my last experience I won’t be returning. The first stylist cut my hair way too short despite me requesting it be left as long as possible. Then, she messed up the color multiple times and I was sent away with the roots looking awful but not realizing until I got home. After already having wasted 4.5 hours of my weekend I had to return the following day for them to try to fix it. After another 2.5 hours the next stylist was unable to completely fix it and wasn’t even able to get my hair back to one color. I was eventually given a full refund but still have multicolored hair and hours of wasted time and tears at how awful it looks.

Don’t be a minute late here or else!!
I came in to my appt. 4 minutes late due to traffic. I completely understand not wanting to waste the stylist’s time or throw their day off, however I was denied the appointment I had because I was 4 minutes late and a ‘no show’. They had no grace period, said they had no time anymore to service me and acted annoyed that I showed up in the first place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I love this Hair Cuttery and Nicole did an amazing color, highlight, cut and style. I have been going to her for years now. I am always happy with how my hair comes out. I would recommend her very highly!

Bad experience for my 1st time there. I set up an online appointment with ANY tech. To do a deluxe shampoo, cut and style for curly hair. We got there at 11:25 am ( my appointment was for 11:45am) There was 1 tech working on 1 customer doing a perm. The other techs were in the back. So when I checked in, the tech told the one doing the perm "oh she's for you". They told me to have a seat and will be right with me. Sat until 11:52am, I. That time there took a man, a child, and another customer. I was waiting and another customer waiting. Another tech came in and she sat down after putting on her black cloak and proceeded to talk to the staff. It was very unprofessional. Not only did I arrive on time and early but then had to be passed over while others were done and even after my time, 2 techs were available but took the other waiting person!! So I'm not sure if it's because I'm biracial and it was primary all white customers and staff, but this was super inappropriate. It was my 1st time there and my last.

Have to be honest, I am little disappointed there was not a discount offered for a senior citizens or veterans. $30 (as I was charged before tip) is absolutely embarrassing and disgraceful.

Found my stylist! I have never been to a Hair Cuttery before and didn’t know what to expect. I’ve tried other places and just wasn’t happy with the way my cut and color turned out. So I called the Hair Cuttery in Blue Bell and spoke to Danielle, who assured me I would be happy with the results. Well, I have seen her there twice now! She is amazing with color and gave me my first real style in years. I have received a lot of compliments - especially on the color. If you are looking for someone who really knows hair, I highly recommend Danielle. She listens to what you are asking for and then gives you even better than what you were thinking! Friendly and a good sense of humor too:) I’ll be back ?
Stylist: Go to Danielle! Personable, listens to what you are looking for, makes suggestions-doesn’t just start cutting. Know her stuff!!

0 stars if possible. The manager here (Danielle) has the worst & most unprofessional attitude. Did not greet my family with any kindness. Turned us away because my siblings hair was too long and would take “too much time” according to her. Really, is that how you treat your customers? So now long hair is “too much” for the hair cuttery to work on? Pure racism, if I may add. Spoke to us like we are below her. Very dismissive, rude and condescending. When I called back to speak with a manager, her response was “I am the manager, go call corporate” and hung up before I could even get a word in.
HORRIBLE service. Avoid at all costs.

Fal completely brought my hair back to life. I came in with badly bleached blonde hair and she restored it to my natural light brown color with accentuated caramel highlights. I am in love and feel so much more confident! She was thorough and confident, I couldn't have been in better hands.

I have never had a problem here, at Blue Bell. My granddaughter is always happy, except once.Danielle was her stylist and all I had to do was call her and she redid my granddaughter's hair on her own time! If I could delete my earlier feedback, I would.Stressed out by a 15 year old who was never going to think she was pretty again!Thank you Danielle!

Kids haircut seemed to be a bit cheaper than the comparable places around the area. The hair wash and conditioner is always great.
