Have a new puppy and took him in for his first check-up. Everyone in the office was really nice, and they took time to answer questions and pay attention to my new dog. They are also much more reasonably priced than other vet offices. So far, so good...I read some negative reviews about the place being dirty or people being rude, I have not experienced that at all, though I will update things if I do. Place was clean, doctor was nice, and so was his staff.

I have been coming to Dr. Ravi for 10 years, and he has always provided great care for my Shih Tzu. His patience, knowledge, and natural ability in his profession are evident in every visit. Dr. Ravi's experience and thoughtful advice have not only ensured the best care for my dog but also helped me save money with various options he suggested. When you need an appointment last minute he and his staff are always try their best to accommodate you.
Beyond his veterinary expertise, Dr. Ravi also showed great support for my son. He took the time to read through my son's research for a school science fair and provided valuable feedback on his results. Dr. Ravi's dedication and heart for both animals and the community make him an outstanding veterinarian and person.

The doctor there is very good. You can tell that he really cares about his patients and it is not about the money. That is very hard to find today. I brought in my daughter’s ferret in the weekend and he went out of his way to come in during the weekend and help us. I greatly appreciate that.

A quick google search of Dr Ravi Murarka veterinarian will take you straight to articles with shocking details. He was fired as director of the PSPCA, do your due diligence and find out why, it involves pitbulls. Horrific stuff. Mistreatment of animals also reported while he was in charge by other employees. How is he still allowed to practice is beyond me. Bad reviews here are true and the obnoxious positive ones are probably damage control. Protect your furry friends.

Dr Ravi Murarka saved my dog's life. She ate a sock and it became an obstruction in her intestine. When we brought her in, she was extremely dehydrated and was almost in kidney failure. She was 12.5 years old and he was a little hesitant to do the surgery because of her condition and age. I insisted that he try to do the surgery and so he did it and it was successful. He took great care of her and stayed with her late at night and checked on her in the middle of the night. Koko has made a full recovery and she is happy and comfortable at home with her family. We are forever grateful that she can enjoy her golden years with her family.

This is far THE WORST veterinarian I have ever met. Please I BEG YOU to take your pet elsewhere. Dr Ravi is one of those in the profession for money and nothing else. He lied and kept giving my dog random meds without looking for the problem. Even after asking for tests, he kept pushing for random treatments and meds without knowing what was wrong with him. Dog died a week later and all I was left with was a huge bill. Terrible human being. Karma will get you Dr Ravi. Nobody is above God’s judgment.

Probably the strangest vet experience I've ever had. Had to hold my dogs down while the vet gave them their shots, the vet tech squirted medicine into one of my dog's noses but it splashed and some of it shot into my wife's eye, and the vet called a big lump (1-2 inches in diameter) on one of my dogs a "skin tag". Got a second opinion and it is NOT a skin tag. Weird experience, won't be coming back.

Dr. Ravi Murarka saved my cat, Spirit's life a few years back. I bought my cat in, after hours, as I knew she most likely didn't have a chance at surviving if I waited. He quickly examined her and, said that she must be operated on immediately! He informed me that there was a very slight chance for her survival. He worked, without assistance, throughout the night. He phoned me at midnight, after finishing the surgery, as I had requested him to do, so that I could visit her. When I arrived at his office, he gently took her out of the cage. It appeared that she wasn't going to make it as he held her in his arms. I quietly called her name and she opened her eyes, so brightly. Dr. Murarka and I, looked at each other in amazement. SHE MADE IT! I will never forget that night. The "GOOD DOCTOR," stayed with my Spirit the entire night, only resting on a wooden chair in his office to make sure my Spirit was safe and not alone, until I arrived at 8 AM the following morning. The tumor he removed from her was almost as big as her. She recovered quickly and with no complications. Ravi has dedicated his life to animals. I love his COMPASSION for animals. He is kind and caring. He holds a special place in my heart and always will.

I started taking my pets to Compassion veterinarian clinic about a year ago because my teacup chihuahua had a seizure and my regular veterinarian that I have used for almost 20 years wouldn’t see him so after calling around Dr.Ravi called me back and waited for us to get to his office after hours..AFTER HOURS like what veterinarian do you know would do that? He never met us before but he opened his clinic for us and treated my dog who is still here only because of Dr.Ravi and his staff! Prince is a crazy little dog again because of the care of his veterinarian at Compassionate Pet and I won’t trust anyone else with his care. We moved over a hour away and still come to compassion pet every month and will continue to bring all of our fur babies here forever!

Dr. Ravi is definitely a doctor… the clinic is very dingy and the exam room is dirty and has pet hair everywhere. He had us pin my cat down to draw blood missing the vein and bursted some. He shaved my cat in three different places and forced him to draw blood despite the struggle. He uses a communal towel for every pet (full of hair) and i watched him fold up my cats shaved fur into that towel and put it back in the cabinet. He will love on your pet in the beginning of the visit but does not handle them well. They do not call to follow up after surgeries or after giving medication. Doesn’t explain test results or what medication is needed for. Compassion also did not seem to run all the test needed for a new kitten and didn’t have all of the records when we transferred to Tooper Vet. Overall awful experience at Compassion, please don’t take your pets here.

Dr RAVI AND HIS WIFE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. He's an awful vet and she is literally the worst administrator. When you first walk in, she will rudely ask you if you filled out the paperwork... my first thought: "Did you give me any paperwork to fill out?!? I just walked in the door!" The whole front desk is a mess, papers and crap everywhere, everything is unorganized, and I laugh every time they try to find any paperwork. Like, that's what they let us see, I wonder what the cleanliness is like of the surgery room and everywhere we can't see.... Ew! These people don't know how to run a business. They won't call you back, they won't update you on tests, and will give you the run around any chance they get. There's hundreds of vets in the area, pick literally any other vet in the area.... Your pet will thank you. And when we finally spoke on the phone after calling for 2 weeks, he said "there's no reason to get upset". Let me say, I wasn't upset until he said that.... OF COURSE THERES A REASON TO BE UPSET, YOU IDIOT! YOU PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOBS AND YOU HAVE ACTUAL LIVES IN YOUR HANDS. And now I'm so upset I'm leaving a 1 star review on every platform they're on.

I called to get a copy of my dog’s medical record because I was going to transfer her to trooper vet. I was told they had no records of my dog. She has been their patient for 5 years. I don’t understand how you could lose a patients medical record. They have records for my previous pets who are now deceased but don’t have my other dog’s information who is currently a patient at their clinic. Now you can see why I’m going to transfer her to a new vet.
