Been coming here for years. Came in to leave a urine specimen and they made me take a seat and fill out forms. Then I sat for 1/2 hr. Seriously, it was terrible. Many of their drs have left or are leaving since Jefferson took over.

I do not recommend this medical office at all. They’re clearly far more concerned with “practice protection” than patient health and well-being. Avoid.

Pretty garbage tier customer service most of the time. Occasionally you may get in contact with someone competent. My previous PCP worked here and was great, but no longer does. Hopefully the new person I eventually see will be alright.
