My daughter has danced at BBSD for three years and loves it! The owner is very responsive and patient with this first-time dance mom too :-) The teachers are skilled and really want to see their students succeed. The schoolis like a big family, with older students having opportunities to student teach and lead the younger ones. I’ve found the costumes and music to be age appropriate (quite different from some of the attire and song choices I’ve seen from other dance schools at competitions). Highly recommend!

Blue Bell School of Dance is like a second home for my dancer. We have been part of the Blue Bell School of Dance community for eight years. They have an amazing staff who are well trained and still actively dancing outside of teaching. The studio is like a family. Their competition teams are outstanding and very competitive. They have large class options and classes that are appropriate for beginners, as well as competitive dancers. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to BBSD for many years, we actually switched from another dance school to BBSD. She loves that the girls in classes and teachers have become her family. She student teaches and loves seeing the younger girls as they get older and has been such a positive experience for her. During the pandemic dance kept her sane and we wouldn't of survived without BBSD. Now my granddaughter dances there as well and she can't wait for Sept to start. Miss Angie is the best as well as all the teachers.

My family absolutely loves BBSD! I can’t say enough about the director Angela Preston or the teachers she employs! They are all highly educated in the dance field. Blue Bell not only focuses on teaching your child dance but also giving them a sense of self worth and belonging to a very special community. Both of my daughters have been dancing there since they were toddlers and they truly enjoyed their experience. If you’re looking for a place that turns out not only beautiful dancers a confident young women this is the place for you!

Blue Bell School of Dance has been a very special place for myself and my family for many many years. We have been there through the original owner ( Irene Evans) right up to now with Miss Angie. This school has been a staple in the Blue Bell community for over 50 years. My family and I know why the school continues to grow and blossom. Miss Angie and her staff make this a wonderful place for children to learn. You should come and see for yourself! The education these children receive far surpasses any other dance education from other studios in the area. I would highly recommend BBSD if you are looking for a good quality dance education for your children.

We have been part of the BBSD extended family for over 10 years now. One of my daughters is engaged in competitive dance with BBSD and the other chooses to engage on a class by class basis with the studio. Both of my girls have been made to feel like priorities by staff and management and both have been encouraged to work hard and have been afforded equal amounts of care in her instruction by their teachers, regardless of their skill level or time commitment. Instructors at BBSD are talented, professional, patient and highly educated in the arts of dance and choreography. The owner, Angie, is professional and makes herself available for all concerns and questions nearly constantly. We live in Fort Washington closer to other studios, but don’t mind the drive, as this studio offers superb instruction and support to our girls and has for the past 10 plus years. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been dancing here since she was three. Very highly educated and trained teachers who are still active in the dance world.They produce amazingly talented and dedicated dancers. We love BBSD!

My daughter has been taking several classes a week at BBSD for the last 6 years. She has been in classes, attended dance camp and competed on the competition teams. Although they can be strict, the instructors have all been very good, but with dance I understand it takes quite a bit of discipline to excel. My daughter practices at home all the time and is constantly working to improve her moves. The teachers there have helped her along the way and really enhanced her passion and ability. I've gone to every recital and competition shes been in since she was three years old, and it's been really fun to watch her grow into quite a little dancer! Thank you to Ms. Angie, Ms. Nataly Ms. Sandra (to just name a few) and the rest of the gang for all your hard work!

I have had a daughter and several grandchildren at other dance studios and now at Blue Bell. None can compare to the caring professional instructions given by the very talented teachers at Blue Bell. Not all the students are attentive but the teachers strive to work with each one. My granddaughter could not wait until classes started up again this week. Miss Angie and her staff provide a nurturing environment for each child - which is evident to most parents. Keep up the great job BBSD!!!

Our 4 y.o. daughter has completed a full year and a summer session at the Blue Bell School of Dance with Ms Angie as her teacher. Ms Angie creates a learning environment that is the perfect mix of fun and discipline. When our daughter was 3 years old and went through a difficult phase, she worked closely with her (and me) to reintegrate her into the classroom and help her regain confidence. In the end, our daughter’s performance at recital far beyond exceeded our expectations. We were also blown away by the quality of the entire recital and the incredible talent of the dancers at every level. Looking forward to many more years at BBSD!

My daughter has been a part of BBSD for nearly 5 years, at a competitive level, and in that time has learned so much - not only choreography, but proper form, technique and terminology. I appreciate how this dance school and instructors choose appropriate costumes, music and choreography based on the age of the children in each class. I have family members involved in dance, but live out of the area, who see my daughter and her teammates perform and they ALL recognize how the dancers are classically trained and have such beautiful technique. The teachers take the extra time and attention to each student's needs to allow them to grow, both as a dancer and a child/adolescent.

Love, love, love BBSD. Not only are the teachers fabulous at dancing, they care about the dancers. They are invested in building their self-esteem and confidence along with their technique! My daughter always says she loves how she feels when she is there...can't beat that!!

Love Blue Bell school of dance. They were so welcoming to my young inexperienced dancer. Teachers are easy to communicate with. They are kind but know their technique and show the dancers the proper way to practice.
