I recently toured the apt complex "AVE Blue Bell" at first glance it's amazing. But as I was shown the complex it really was not well maintained and worth the exception high rents. Hallways, Floor Moldings and Wall Corners were marked, chipped and dented. Several doors were damaged. Outside furniture was
either damaged, dirty or stained. The Furniture was cheap and the outdoor umbrellas were very small. The pool was supposedly heated but was cold to the touch. The apartments were very nice but appliances were the entry level products. The staff was very nice and accommodating and very polite. In summery beautiful but not worth the high rental price. Shame this complex has a lot of potential if the owner were not so cheap.

"I couldn't be happier with the decision to sell my condo and move here permanently. Thanks to Sophia's expertise, I was able to find an excellent apartment with not just one but two walk-in closets. This has allowed me to finally bring my clothes and furniture out of storage and enjoy the space I deserve. I have been living here since January and the sense of community, convenience, and comfort I feel here is unparalleled. I am confident that this is the best decision for me, and I am grateful for Sophia's assistance in making it happen.

I recently just moved to AVE a little over a week ago after first touring the location a few months ago. Sophia guided me through the entire process, from the initial tour to the move in, and has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am impressed by the attention to detail that the staff members at AVE Blue Bell exhibit; it greatly reflects in the residential experience thus far. So far, it's been a great place to live, with many amenities and qualities that make life easier.

We have been here for a little over a week now and have been absolutely floored by everything and everyone here at Ave. Sophia has been amazing with us from the start and has been so proactive with anything we have needed along with everyone else. We are so excited to call this our home.

I absolutely LOVE living at AVE. I was worried when I’d made the move from Rittenhouse Square to Blue Bell last year that I’d have a difficult time transitioning but the team at AVE really made it feel seamless and was so welcoming and kind and accommodating, and I’m so happy I made the decision to move here. I’ve lived in several apartment buildings over the last 10+ years and AVE doesn’t feel like an apartment complex as much as it does a community, and everyone here — from the entire AVE team to the residents — truly make it feel like “home”. I consider myself so grateful to live here and to have made some of the best neighbors turned friends while living here. The building, grounds, and amenities are excellent as others have noted (I’ve lived in a few places with comparable amenities but AVE feels impressively different — almost like living in a hotel or resort), but the culture is my favorite part of living here and is unlike anything I’ve experienced in other apartment communities. Big kudos to Korman and AVE for creating and continuing to improve upon their unique approach to renting and short-term living. They are setting the bar impossibly high for others.

I stayed at AVE for 7 months. I was very impressed with the accommodations - great interior design, space, gym, parking, and pool. Most importantly, the staff was always so friendly and accommodating. AVE has an amazing culture that is entirely focused on taking great care of the residents. While staying there you truly feel like you are part of a family. I highly recommend AVE!!!!

I stayed at Blue Bell Villa for about a year. For the amount of money u pay its not worth it. Jasmine is amazing and helped out alot. When we left the General Manager Ashley was very unprofessional and actually made my 16 yr old daughter cry. Unprofessional and rude!!!!

If you are looking for a short-term fully furnished apartment - look no further than AVE - Blue Bell. Our apartment is well-appointed with quality furnishings. It's quiet. The entire facility is CLEAN. The dedicated and friendly maintenance staff spends their days cleaning, polishing, straightening up the common areas. At AVE - Blue Bell everything works! And, if something doesn't work Judy Sturm, Julie Katz and Grethel Varona, three multi-talented Customer Relations Ambassadors at the Front Desk, add value by responding to our requests in a timely, efficient and competent manner. We've been here going on seven weeks and we're confident we made the best decision by selecting AVE as our temporary home.

Love it here!!!! Wonderful accommodations from the beautiful pool and fitness area to the meeting spaces . They even have a dog SPA and movie theater. The facility is alway so clean it’s amazing. I must also complement the front desk they are all so friendly and helpful!!!

Moved in 2 months ago and love it here. The staff is always kind plus accommodating and Judy at the front desk always greats me with a cheerful hello and a big smile.
