Rude and condescending manager! My car had some dark marks that at the time I didn’t know what it was. The manager, who knew it was tar, didn’t say anything when he did the usual prep job. When done, the tar had smeared all over the doors and it looked worse than before.
When I asked the manager why didn’t he give me the heads up, he condescendingly stated that it was NOT his job to notify customers about any issues that may not be resolved with the car wash. Maybe that’s the owner’s policy, but considering that there weren’t any other cars behind me, he could have taken ONE minute to explain the situation. Instead he insulted me for not understanding how car washing doesn’t remove tar. So, to be clear, my complain is not about the tar not being removed, but how the manager managed the situation!!!
Silver lining- now I learned how to remove tar ? Hopefully Mr. Manager can learn about courtesy and customer service

I’ve gotten my car washed and my interior detailed here. Everything is priced very fairly and they do a wonderful job! The process for interior detailing is very easy and straightforward - appreciate having the online portal to book appointments. My car looks like it did when I first got it! Definitely recommend!

Solid, basic car wash, fast friendly service. They missed a couple spots but I would go back if I was in the area.

If you only want an exterior wash, it's not too bad. But this is not a full-service car wash.

I was a car wash "member" here for many years. I recently cancelled my membership after my rear wiper blade was broken AGAIN. I requested that they DO NOT tape it down, I never had a problem before they started doing that, yet they insisted. The first time it broke the manager decided to replace. I allowed him to and he installed the entire wiper arm of a part that does not belong to my car. I had no idea until it was time to replace wiper blade and I took it to the dealer. Replacing the entire rear arm blade is costing me hundreds of dollars. I will make sure no one I know takes their nice new cars here. Had he been honest I could have had this fixed for $20-30. Bad business here!

Had issue with broken wiper which occurred because they didn't tape it down as they usually do (as I asked them after a previous problem). Yesterday the attendant did not tape the blade and it broke. When confronted, he lied to me by responding he never taped it before. To their credit, manager called and I went in and they fixed blade. Unfortunately, I don't feel I can't go back there again because of dishonest employee I had confrontation with and don't trust, so manager canceled my membership with no refund for half month not used. Also canceled my wife's membership. If you use them please be careful.

This place was here 40 years ago when it was a $2 car wash, and I have used it frequently. In recent years, it has been completely rebuilt with modern equipment. The wash is always good. In light of inflation, the current prices are in line with the 1983 $2 wash in real terms.Service: Full body wash
