Ty went above and beyond by personally driving to pickup the new tires when Monro’s warehouse had a delay. And, the tires he got, were less expensive, so his heroic act saved $100+ off the original total quoted. And, with little hope at 8:30am, we were complete by Noon, and our family was off to Poconos for a planned trip. My family will definitely go back for auto services at Monro. Very trustworthy.”
