We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
The new Branch Manager is really turning this place around. It's become a pleasure to interact with the staff here.

Really is a shame that they push snow in front of the horse tie near the atm.To the point that if one wanted to tie a horse there they would need to climb in a 2 foot snow bank.Where is the consideration ?I'm sure one can do better then this...

Unfortunately this is the closest truist to my house. I go out of my way for better customer service at the Terre Hill or New Holland locations.
