“Great garage and auto sales specializing in VW (and Audi). It is a family run business which also makes this special. The mechanic really knows his VW engines and all other aspects. They also sell used vehicles and told me all about their used vehicles. He gave me pointers of which years and engines are better than others. He provided me with valuable information as I was looking for a used VW. I highly recommend them.”

“I was buying My son his first car and I wanted to have it looked at to make sure we were getting a good car, Even though it was last minute and I've never been there they still fit us in did not charge me anything, told me exactly what the car was going to need. So I proceeded to buy the car and I made the appointment to get it inspected with them The price I ended up paying was a lot lower than they had initially told me for parts labor inspection and emissions.”
“My daughter was making a quick move for a new job. Her BIL wanted to gift her with car repairs to make sure she could safely make the move. His two trusted mechanics were booked out two weeks. I spoke with Tanner on a Friday and they were able to start the repairs on a Monday and finished them on a Tuesday. “My wife and I were traveling through the area on our way home from vacation when our car broke down. Hundreds of miles from home and knowing no one, we were referred to John by one of his customers who recognized our predicament. One phone call later and John agreed to take a look and see if he could help. We were able to limp to his shop where the car died in the parking lot. The end of the story; two hours later, my wife and I were on our way home. John went out of his way to fix the car while we waited. John could have taken advantage of the situation but he didn't. He charged us a fair price for a service we would have paid almost anything for. His integrity and willingness to help was refreshing. These are the small business owners we should all be supporting. “They treated my car as if it were their very own baby. When I picked up my car I was struck by the beauty of it. They restored my car back to its original appearance and it looked perfect. You could not even tell there was any damage. And you know those little surface scratches you occasionally get by the door handle because you forget that you have your keys in your hand when you're opening the door? They even polished them out. And all the employees were friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about Caliber Collison.”
“When traveling through PA, hundreds of miles from home, we noticed gasoline leaking from the bottom of our car when filling up.
The folks at Synergy very kindly accommodated us, and were able to successfully repair a gasoline hose between the filler tube and the tank into which a rodent had bitten a hole. The repair was a temporary one, since a replacement hose was not readily available, but they were able to get us back on the road so that we were able to complete our trip visiting family and friends, and were able to get home safely. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. The people of the Strasburg area are very lucky to have Synergy Service Center in their community.”
