  They should have an actual number for blossburg instead of the 800 number, waste of time for that

  Need new counter agents that stay open full business hours and it close whenever they feel like it. Saturday hours are till 1100 am. Got there today at 1050 and office was already locked up closed. This happens all the time. Very unsatisfactory
