I've never been disappointed by any service I've ever received at Venus! From haircuts, facials, massages, body treatments...I've tried quite a few of their options and loved them all! The staff members are all friendly and excited to help you look and feel your best! The only thing I wish they would change is to offer gel polish for pedicures!
Overall, you will feel absolutely pampered at your services here. My favorites are the nano infusion facials, hot stone massage and facial, and the chocolate pedicures.

Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond. The Grand Venus Signature Facial is completely worth it. It felt like I had new skin when I was done. I have had leg waxing and microdermabrasion as well. I can not wait to try their other enticing services as well. You can also book appointments online, which is so convenient. I highly recommend this spa. I have become a loyal customer.

I have gone here for massages, manicures, pedicures, and my hair. When it comes to massages, manicures, and pedicures, they are amazing. But I have not had the same experience with my hair. The first time, I hated it. The second time, which was on Halloween... I hate it again. My hair is slightly uneven, and I showed a cowboy copper hair picture, and my hair is red. If I wanted RED, I would like it now that I washed it a few times. I know this is my experience, my opinion. But I know people who have gotten their hair done here, and they are always happy.

Had a lash lift and brow lamination done by Deserae, and my skin below my brow came off and she asked If I was on any acne meds and I said no 3 times and she basically accused me of lying to her and then mentioned again about it. I am completely turned off by Venus. I will not be back.

Alecia is AMAZING!! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and the BEST lash specialist!! My lashes look so incredible!! Her technique is entirely different than any other person I have been to and last so much longer! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you so much, Alecia! ?

Amazing facial, very relaxing. I also had a very good massage. The only downside was the people in the next room were talking loudly. I asked my masseuse to turn up the music and I could still hear them.

This place is as temple to your inner Venus. I needed a self care day and booked a spa day over a month in advance. It was beyond worth it. I was pampered like Venus herself getting ready for her holiday. The staff was kind, loving, and PERFECTLY professional. My only heartbreak was not being able to add tips to my card. (Bring cash for that. )What I got: facial, massage, eyebrows, sugar scrub, mani and pedi, and a snack. I came out with baby soft paradise skin and happy sparkle nails. The masseur was a master of his craft, magic is not even close to defining his skills.If you are looking for a place to pamper yourself or a special someone, this is it.

Apparently had an appointment today which was booked a month ago. Always got several texts to remind me but did not this time. Was called 10 minutes after appointment time and was told too late to come in and would have to pay for this before next booking. Could not tell me why no reminders. WILL NOT BE BOOKING..JUST LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER?
