Great experience from a local shop. Worked with the team at Tower Micro August of 2023 to build a custom PC.
At the time, we decided on some high end components which were priced fairly at a time parts were on demand. They turned around a quote very quickly and the build itself took as expected; 10 business days. They were very knowledgeable in terms of what parts were overkill vs which were worth having. This review also serves as a test to the build itself. All the parts were tested before I picked it up and has been running perfectly since - 1 year later. Quality of the build and cable management was good. Tower was repackaged back in the box with all the extra parts included.
Overall was a good experience for anyone looking to build for what you need without the hassle of finding compatible parts and troubleshooting at home. Hope I don't need to buy another PC like this one for a while ? but would not hesitate to use them again.

Great place but if you know what you need already. If you don't know much about computers they try and charge you just to tell you what ram/memory you need . If your tight on money just do a Google search and order from Amazon you can atleast return it to Amazon even if you pick the wrong one.

There's not any way, to really say about, how please I am, with this place. My husband always toted, business with local businesses.
Been using Tower for many years.
I recently had an experience, where I lost all of my important documents and pictures.
Tower Micro got them ALL back for me.???

Went to staples and waited for 30 mins for them to tell me they don't know what I'm talking about found this this place not even 5 Minutes and I was checked out and was given a nice tour of eveything in the store definitely will bring all my business hereThe best computer store experience iv had very friendly place

Needed M5 spacers and went just about everywhere in the area with no luck. I was fortunate enough to visit tower micro where after a short wait to check in the back, I finally found the part I needed. Very helpful staff, tons of great quality components at competitive prices. Highly recommend to any PC builders in the area.

This place is a scam if your computer is not a main brand laptop (mine is an evoo gaming laptop i literally bought it from walmart) they will charge you for a "diagnosis" and they didnt even GIVE me a diagnosis, they literally just said they cant fix it because the parts are foreign and rare to get. thats not a diagnosis thats telling me your company is too incompetent lol. a diagnosis is telling me why the computer isnt working. SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID. just go to a different company, they probably overcharge you for fixing your main brand laptops anyways like an apple or hp laptop

These people don't "diagnose" foreign laptops, and therefore still made me pay for it, i am going to dispute the payment of $30 with my bank. they had zero diagnosis just said they cant fix it because its not an "apple" or "hp" laptop. maybe that should be their brand name. btw my laptop is an evoo laptop. and if you're going to get their services for your main brand american laptop, just know you will probably be overcharged and they will say its an issue with your motherboard, as most unprofessional laptop technician companies that are scammy tend to do! avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

Bought some DDR4 8GB 3200 RAM chips here for a great price! They were installed and are now working perfectly! Cashier is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The original date they were to be shipped in went from 3-4 days to the next day as well! Overall fantastic service. I’m looking forward to purchasing more in the future!

I had originally written a bad review of this store, because I bought a charger from them three weeks ago for $50 and it stopped working, which was super frustrating because I am not local to Bloomsburg. Today I called and explained the situation, and they are sending me a replacement charger. I am grateful for their good customer service that they have shown by sending me a new charger with no hassle.
