Car came out very clean. The one attendant was ignorant. Probably won’t be back because of that. Very poor customer service.

Excellent car wash but…. The big dude working there on 9/21/24 is kind of a jerk! We only had a $20 and were going to tip him that since the car was pretty buggy and we were hoping that would be some nice incentive to do a little extra bug removal. My husband had his window down to give him the $20 but the guy just barked out orders as if we ruined his day by giving him work to do and he was already spraying as he talked, so my husband started rolling his window up. He muttered something and my husband rolled his window down again and said: Sorry, I couldn’t hear you. And he said: Keep it in neutral! no brake!! (with an eye roll). Tell your employee that his attitude is only hurting him and his coworkers.

Ripped off my driver side mirror, completely disrespectful when explained to them on it completely disrespectful when trying to enter, the washbay would never ever refer them to anybody. They are responsible for my mirror and hung up the phone on me as I tried to explain that to them.

The men working there were so rude! I felt like I was doing something wrong but I had never been there before or to a car wash like it. Both men were blunt and yelled at me. I would never go here again or tell anyone to go there.

I've been a member for over a year now and for the most part this is a good car wash. The only thing I would like to see improved is getting the back of my car cleaner. There are almost always areas around my license plate and under lip of hatch that are still dirty. Other than that the workers are great and even if there is a line you get through in a timely manner.
