My wife and I both love this little shop, and owner Helena is a gem ~ also lot's of fun events in back performance area ! Highly Recommended.

I just love Phillip's. I got both of my pairs of Birkenstocks here as well as many a Lechturm notebook, books, greeting cards, socks, and other unique items. Helena is so kind and always remembers her customers. It's a staple of Bloomsburg.
