I cannot recommend Independence Ford highly enough.
I have been taking my truck into Independence Ford for the past nearly 2 years now. Car dealerships are typically not somewhere you look forward to going. But, the guys at independence have made the experience as positive as possible. Especially David Kerr, the manager. This guy is the salt of the earth. He is so kind, always very straightforward, and simply states what work CAN be done, and recommends you only pull the trigger on getting your vehicle serviced after your own careful consideration. You can tell this is a guy who's just passionate about people and wants everyone to have a great experience. He constantly had worked with me on scheduling appointments. I am a student and have an extremely busy schedule across different hospitals in the state and studying for exams, and Mr. Kerr has made my experience getting the truck fixed up extremely easy. I cannot recommend Independence Ford highly enough, sincerely.

My daughter and I stopped (without my husband) to checkout a used 4Runner, Drew introduced himself and truly painted the imagine in my head as a genuine sales person. I was extremely hesitant and standoff-ish (and he knew this and addressed it) however he reassured me multiple times he had good intentions and wasn’t trying to be a pressure filled sleazy salesman. I did my best to believe him so we stayed, drove the car and got some information from him. He surely did a good job at “schmoozing” us and making us think he was a genuine guy. We got the information needed to go back and chat with my husband. My husband then reached out to him to ask some further questions and negotiate & he got an entirely different version of the Drew my daughter and I met in person. He sent me multiple texts says “we want your business” and would then proceed to communicate with my husband being what I would consider an incredibly sleazy and rude salesman. They all live up to the image. It’s sad, but don’t fall into any of their traps. All they want to do is sell vehicles and make money. Bottom line.

Would not recommend the dealership was unwilling to be competitive with Ken Pollock Ford in Berwick and Coccia Ford in Wilkes Barre.

Independence Ford ROCKS !!
Bought 2 brand new vehicles over the weekend and the sales team were spot on. 2023 Ford Escape ST and 2023 Ford F-150 STX. Drew and Mike were incredible through the process. They worked together and made this a reality keeping our budget in mind. We would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to this dealership !!!

I recently bought my first car at Independence Ford! I absolutely love my Ford Bronco Sport and all of the employees there. Jace was my salesman and he was the best in the area. He was very accommodating, eager to help and listen to all of needs and delivered through with everything. He did not pressure me or make me feel unlistened to. The manager Mike was so sweet too and both really made me feel like I was getting the car that was best suited for me. They both made my first car buying experience memorable and a great memory. I HIGHLY suggest this dealership and asking for Jace!

Horrible experience! Do not recommend! My car was at the body shop for damage with a hit and run, Ind. Ford is contracted through MY insurance. My car was there nearly 2 months. Finally picked it up, but needed to be inspection, which they said they'd need to keep it another week to get inspected. I drove 20 miles to my hometown garage to be inspected, and the ball joint bolt, which they just FIXED, wasn't tightened. They advised its not drivable & I'm lucky I didn't get in an accident. They're negligent, I and others could have been hurt. Absolute
Horrible experience. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I purchased my F150 from Independence Ford and I must say my experience there was pleasant. Sales team member Jace Witchey was very knowledgeable and presented the truck thoroughly.
General manager Mike Secules expedited the necessary documents for a seemless delivery. Together Jace and Mike made the buying process stress free. Hats off to the Independence Ford team.

From Joseph Balbi - Traveled from Emmitsburg, Maryland to Bloomsburg for our annual buddy trip to the fair. After arriving at our campground my truck's water pump decided to fail. Contacted Independence Ford and they were happy to help us. They had us up and running like new the very next morning, faster than originally stated! They were great! Great work, great people and great service! Thanks so much Independence Ford for saving our trip!!!
