They take time with each customer, assist in finding the best prices, and ask about questions or concerns. Customers appreciate the auto-refill service for prescriptions. However, significant issues are noted with the phone system, which uses a frustrating automated loop making contact almost impossible. The pharmacy is also reported to be super slow, with long wait times for prescriptions, which is attributed to being understaffed rather than the workers' fault. Overall, when these operational issues are overlooked, the pharmacy is considered not too bad and a pleasure to use.
The Bloomsburg, PA cvs is very helpful and friendly whenever I go for my prescriptions. I like that I do not have to call my prescriptions in every month as i did with my last pharmacy. CVS has them auto refilled every 3 months!! NICE ! and their employees have been very nice too. I have told family and friends this.
