“Steve took a look at my car and it was under warranty and instead of fixing it himself and charging us, he told us to take it to the dealership and say it’s under warranty. He saved us so much money and explained it all in detail and even printed out the paper showing the warranty to take with me. This is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever talked to. “They unloaded me right away even though I was 1hr and a half early (I was told 0800, but appointment was for 0900). Very nice fellas. I explained it was my first time here and they were very kind.? As a rule of thumb, I try to only show up 30 minutes early, no earlier. I only had 230 tires, so it wasn't a full load by any means.”
