“My experience exceeded my expectations. During my wait, I experienced a couple impatient customers that were acting like Planet Earth was given to them as a birthday gift. The service desk team definitely maintained their professionalism and patience.
I walked in, they asked if I had an appointment and I confirmed my information. After signing a couple forms, they took my key and said about an hour. My car was completed in about 45 minutes.
