Guys were super nice to deal with. Took a car in for an alignment after I personally replaced many of the front suspension and steering components that were worn. I made sure to request that they center the steering wheel, because I've had another local ship fail to do that during an alignment. They provided a printout showing the before and after measurements. Everything looked good. However upon driving, the steering wheel position had improved but was still not centered. I called, and they told me to bring it back in so they could fix it. After their second attempt, the steering wheel was off center in the opposite direction. They did provide a second printout showing the new measurements. I decided to correct the issue myself using some old school, but time consuming methods. It is now perfect. I was disappointed to find that my newly installed tie rod jam nut had been partially rounded off. After two strikes, they're not exactly out, but the count is certainly not in their favor. Maybe I should count the rounded off jam nut as strike three. I'm giving three stars for their courtesy and willingness to attempt a second alignment at no cost to me other than my time. I suppose I could have taken it back a third time, but I decided to just do it myself. No real time savings either way.

I was traveling through the area and called day-of, desperately requesting an alignment. They managed to squeeze me in, and they did a thorough job with the alignment, figuring out what was actually going on with my car, and explaining what they thought was going on.
The bill was more than fair for the quality of service they provided. If I lived in the area, they would be my go-to people

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Matt is one of the most honest and reasonable mechanics I’ve ever met. I would recommend anyone in need of their car serviced to go here.

I've been taking my beaters to A+ for a while because they have the best labor rate in town and they do good work. They're super easy to work with and really flexible. A lot of garages don't like to install customer bought parts but they never gave me a hard time. I already recommend them to friends because I've always had a good experience.

Wish I could give 6 stars. Lenny and Matt are not only the best mechanics I have worked with but they are also kind, understanding, patient, thorough, and dedicated to helping you. Had both collision repairs and also regular work done at A+ and the next door shop and every interaction was seamless and fair. They should be the model of how every mechanic should act. I am moving out of the area and will miss going here for my car repair/maintenance needs.
