Went there on a Friday afternoon around 4pm. Upon arriving, we found that they were not open despite the hours of operation stating they should have been. There was no sign or note explaining why they were closed.

Literally EVERYTIME I come here the store is ALWAYS CLOSED? It says the store is open everyday 11am-7pm. So tell me why the last 5 times I've TRIED to come to the store its been locked and closed without any ETA on when it'll open back up? I'm not lying when I say every single time I come here it is NOT OPEN. JUST SHUT THE PLACE DOWN ALREADY.

Still the best vape shop in Pittsburgh. This place is a 10/10. I highly recommend this place for all of your vaping needs and wants. They have a wonderful selection of vape juices and mods. The prices are great on everything. Everyone at Vapor Connection is really friendly. I never had a bad experience.

Small vape shop off the beaten path. I went here bc the Vuse I used was frustrating me. The menthol flavor turned to burnt after a few puffs. The owner at Vapor Connection explained to me why that was happening. He offered me several options and was very patient with my 1000 questions. I opted for the Vaporesso and menthol juice. Wow! Why didn’t I come here sooner. Nice little shop with a big selection and supreme customer service.

Great selection, the lowest prices locally, and a very friendly and helpful owner. Only negative is that parking can be a pain but it's still worth it to visit.

Great shop. Top notch staff the juice selection is enormous. Great atmosphere. And devices from beginner to advanced are fantastic everything in one place. Brad Resha Karley and allison (sorry if I left anyone out) are great friends and people will go out of there way to make your experience awesome. Glad I've had the pleasure of meeting then and the many other not mentioned this is a great community
