The woman who works here is impolite and disrespectful to the staff and customers. She berated the man helping me in front of multiple customers, for letting me buy stamps while he processed a large order. It was embarrassing for everyone. She then told a customer she could not help her because her package would take too long, and from their conversation, it sounds like this was the 2nd time. Everyone involved was very uncomfortable. I am thankful for the kind man who helped us all patiently and with respect, even while being yelled at.

I am notified every day of the mail I should be expecting and at least once a week my mail is short of what should be coming. Today I am showing a package from Etsy containing a birthday gift was to be delivered - later than originally anticipated but at least it should have been here. NOPE!! Apparently it's still 60 miles away. What is "informed delivery" for if it doesn't provide accurate information? I called the Blandon post office about it and was met with total nonchalance and basically told it wasn't their issue. No wonder USPS is losing money!

Not from the area- stppoed in ready to use a self serve kiosk BUT there isn't one. Its is a small office but the customer service was kind and efficient. The lady who helped me made my day. It's important to stop rushing and thinking all day and just laugh once in a while

they still haven't fixed the rudeness of their staff. went into the actual location to ship out something today and the white, short haired, old women at the counter continuously raised her voice over me and spoke down to me while I was being as polite as i could be trying to ship out my package. i literally started having a panic attack because of the way she spoke to me and the hostility in her voice. Honestly, i don't understand how someone so sour would work a job that's dealing with other people on a daily bases. i really don't like being a karen so i tried my best to speak to her and ask nicely that i would like to just pay to get whatever it was wrong with my label fixed, which she interrupted me a few times in this process. this was the worse experience ive ever had with a USPS location ever. never have i felt so anxiety ridden in my life over shipping out a package.i literally cried when i went home.i really love penpaling and snail mail, so sending things through the USPS is something i do often. but this experience really left a sour taste in my mouth and its honestly making me rethink shipping anything anymore with them.

The blandon post office, where to begin?My mail goes to the wrong house and they don't feel the need to retrieve it, they rely on good faith and have you the person who trusted them with your package to go retrieve the mail they so wrongly delivered.The staff is rude and talks down to the customers.Our mail is either later, or they hold it and claim you don't live at the address you have lived at for the past 8 years!If there was a lower rating i would use it.

This is the worst post office ever. I have my mail sent to other people's homes and theirs sent to mine now businesses are not getting my payments when they have been sent. Now I'm filing a complaint against this post office and will take legal action as far as I can. I'm tired of having to spend 30 dollars to cancel a check and from now on I will drive my mail to the Fleetwood office and keep Blandon far far away from my mail. Blandon is so incompetent and I don't trust them with my mail and that's pathetic when you can't trust your mail carrier.

This is a horrible post office. I never had mail problems until I moved to this area many years ago and this time I'm filing a complaint. My mail constantly goes to someone else's home and I also get other people's mail too. Now I had a bill go missing. I'm fed up these problems and will pursue a case.
