“This has consistently been the best experience I've ever had at a UPS store, or with any shipping service. I am such an anxious customer, and every time I have been in the shop, both of the staff members (it has been the same two people each time) have been unbelievably kind, warm, and courteous, both to me and to everyone else in the shop. So wonderful and rare for someone to be so thoughtful with strangers. Makes me believe in a more community-based world where people take better care of each other, and really makes life easier for someone like me for whom this kind of small errand can be quite stressful. “I usually ship with UPS but I am now since going to ship with FedEx Express solely because of one man and that's David Tranquillo.
This man is like a one-man band he does everything. He was able to track down my package in a container that I thought was lost forever.
This was a hand-me-down from my late grandfather that was shipped from my sister to me and it was lost at the station and David found it.
I'm not sure who his managers are but they need to read this review and give this man a raise and a pat on the back because he is the reason I will be shipping with FedEx Express in the future.

“I’ve been sending boxes to DR with quisqueya cargo for many years and I never had any issues. My boxes always arrive in perfect condition. They deliver in a timely manner and are prompt to assist if you have any questions about your box. Here and In DR they always answer the call and provide updates if needed.”
“Went into this post office this morning to mail a paqckage. The clerk informed me that I had an incorrect address. After calling home, I realized she was right. I told her I'd return later and she was quite pleasant. When I returned, I got the parcel mailed. The clerk was very patient and considerate with me. I have never had a problem at this post office.”
“I am surprised by the negative reviews so I felt compelled to leave my feedback.My daily mail carrier always greets me with a smile, very nice lady. There was one time ants had taken over the mailbox - after work I went down to spray them but to my surprise she had already taken care of them!The manager at the post office is professional and returns calls within hours. I once submitted a request online to get the status of a delivery. I actually received a personal phone call from that same manager asking me if I needed any more help.”

“wish I could give these guys 10 stars for what they did for me yesterday. I have always thought this was a great post office to deal with as I have been going there for years but yesterday Rich and Kevin went beyond postal work as I had walked in no problem but all of a sudden felt dizzy and they got me a chair to rest but determined I needed an ambulance and got in touch with my husband to notify him that I was being taken to the hospital. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! YOU GUYS WERE WONDERFUL!”

“I one hundred percent recommend this post office. I came in to mail my passport information and was promptly greeted and taken care of. I needed to expedite it and the person at the counter explained I didn't need to overnight my package, that if I priority mailed it it would arrive the same day. It's nice that there are still honest government employees.”
“Had a package underlivered the night before. Went here first thing in the morning to check if it was still there. Guys at the front were super nice and understanding and were able to locate the package still in the facility and I was able to pick it up no problem. Even on a sleet-filled morning they were bright and cheerful and helpful. So thankful!”

“Not from the area- stppoed in ready to use a self serve kiosk BUT there isn't one. Its is a small office but the customer service was kind and efficient. The lady who helped me made my day. It's important to stop rushing and thinking all day and just laugh once in a while”
