“My husband was having issues with his truck couldn't drive faster than 15 mph and had a hard time starting it I called restored Auto he said to bring it up he thought maybe it was the battery that that will mess everything up and sure enough that's what it was in and out of there and the whole thing resolved in a half an hour with a new battery can't thank him enough for taking care of us right away”

“This repair shop is unlike any that I have ever experienced. We travel 5 months a year, much of the time driving. Passing through Reading, my old home town, it was time for an oil change. Our Honda CRV has 62 thousand miles and also in need for a thorough checkup and this is exactly what they offered. They found a number of issues and promptly took of them. The employees, their communication, their efficiency and organization are exceptional. I found the whole experience a pleasure.”

“I came to get a radiator changed an alternator changed I got few fluids cleaned up n a new serpentine belt. They offer financing if needed. It took them less then 1 week to fix everything, I notice my coolant was leaking so I called they had me come in fixed the problem no charge. I take all my cars here now. Id definitely suggest this place. Might be a little high in price but they have warranty for labor an parts they replace! My advisor was mckai not sure how to spell his name. Best advisor ever”

“We just purchased a new to us travel trailer from Tom Schaeffer this weekend. Our sales person Gabby was so great. She didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything, she showed us everything we wanted to see, was completely transparent and friendly. When we picked up, the team was incredibly thorough. Tom was the gentleman who showed us all the features and functionality of the camper. He took his time, was funny and knowledgeable. I could tell he really wanted to make sure we were happy and don’t have any questions left unanswered. Then there was a team who helped us with hookup and made sure everything was correct and safe. When we left, we felt so much more at ease knowing that we had the professionals give us the ok. When I saw the camper for the first time I could tell it might need a bath, which Gabby said the detail team would do before we picked up. When we got there I was shocked at just how amazing it looked inside and out! If you are in the market to buy a camper, I HIGHLY recommend seeing the team at Tom Schaeffer! “My brother just bought an Acura TLX here a week ago and the sales experience (which included a nice waiting room and an espresso machine ?) was amazing! We first went to look at the vehicle about 20 minutes before closing time, but Randy was very accommodating and let us test drive it. Then he stayed past closing time to discuss buying it even though we didn't decide on anything that night! He was very pleasant and didn't pressure us at all the whole time. When we went back in Saturday the actual buying process went very smoothly and Randy's professional help was greatly appreciated!
The car itself was very nice and decently clean when we test drove it. Then when we called to set up an appointment to buy it, they said they would clean and fuel the vehicle that morning! The value was excellent and they came down in price far enough to convince us. They really deserve all the 5 star reviews; it really is a great dealership!”
“Needed a outside, left, rear tire replaced. We has purchased a tire from another shop and then was told they couldn't handle that size tire.
We were given a time the next day. Service was performed by a professional and courteous staff. Very pleased at the service and price provided. We would use them again. The photo is off the old tire that was replaced.”

“Two vehicles fixed
Our 2016 CRV had a fuel line rupture, Bill recommended towing to the shop, not driving it there. The part was ordered and installed quickly. My rear end of my 1972 Chevy was wobbling so much while I was driving it that I had to limp into Select Automotive. The treads were good but the belts in the tires had separated due to aging. 4 tires were replaced and an alignment performed, handling is best it’s been in 5 years!”
