“Jackie was awesome. Amazing Home! The grounds are beautiful, my apt is spacious and the staff is wonderful. Jackie our apt manager is kind, patient and prompt. Jorge and Darwin our maintenance tech is on point. The staff is what makes my beautiful apt a home. I'm extremely grateful I found this place. When she called me back after my inquiry, all my concerns about apt living were put to rest. I'm an older adult and the process of relocating was daunting. Jackie was/ is so kind and welcoming. She told me that she could walk me through it...she did. The process was easy breezy because of Jackie.”

“Overall, I am very satisfied with my living situation at Oley Meadows. The grounds are maintained meticulously and my fellow tenants are respectful of everyone's quality of life.The only thing I am disappointed with is my request to have my stairwell painted due to damage caused by the independent contractor I hired to move my furniture in for me. I put in a service request for painting well over a year ago and I'm still waiting.I am running out of patience now.”

“I have rented an apartment from Metropolitan just off Tuckerton Road, for almost 3 years. My apartment for the price is quite roomy. I only needed maintenance once since here for a toilet that was clogged due to a toy my grandchild flushed. Maintenance responded quite quickly to fix the problem. The property is lovely and well maintained. Management is great. I am minuets away from shopping, most of all I live in a safe environment. No plans on moving any time soon.”

“Management communicates very well and is quite helpful for getting the move in. Nice area with lots of commodities nearby. Apartment is decent quality. Only complaint are footstep sounds from the ceiling since I am on the ground floor.”
