Do not use Sandra Ortiz at this agency. She is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. She cashed a deposit before a formal contract offer was signed, which was never signed because of her lack of cooperation with our mortgage company. After five weeks and multiple calls, emails, and texts our deposit check has not be refunded and we are proceeding with legal action against this agent. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR!

I find it funny that the comment that Kara made 2 years ago was erased. Kara told the people there wasn't a house to rent in our development. Which was a lie. Kara put the renters in another place. We had them for 7 years. Now after 2 years Kara comes back on to say our house was dirty and not up to the standards they have. She is right about that from reading other reviews she only rents houses that are dirty and falling apart. Our house is clean and updated every year. Contrary to what Kara says she was never in our house with me or anyone else. Kara are you losing business from the reviews so your trying to go back and change your responses. Did you forget my review is from 7/7/2017 and your original post was a few days later. Not 2 years later.
