Dr Manning and her staff are the best around. They were always so patient with my dogs and believe me they could be bold sometimes. I unfortunately had to put two dogs down with Dr Manning. One from old age and one from a very unexpected illness. Dr Manning and her staff were so patient and understanding from beginning to end both times. They gave me all the time I needed to grieve the loss of my best friends. I will always feel grateful for the love they showed during two of the worst days of my life, and the card they send afterwards was so thoghtful and sweet. I know we will eventually rescue another dog and I will never go anywhere else for his/her care.

My fur babies love the staff & doctor here! Even though they’re a little nervous upon entering the doors; they warm up to the staff since the staff & doctor are so kind & down to earth. They take their time during our appointments and listen to my concerns.

We have found our forever Veterinarian for our fur-babies? ... Dr. Manning & her staff are Amazing with our dogs!! Professional, Kind, Patient, Caring, Compassionate.... We are so thankful that a friend of ours has given us this recommendation!!! ?????

I’ve only been using Dr Manning for a short time now but she was able to diagnose and successfully treat my Bailey’s illness when my previous Vet told me that I should take her to Cornell.

Dr.Manning and staff are very compassionate and friendly. Dr. Mannings quality of medicine is by far the best around.I am so thankful for all of the care that has been provided to my fur babies and I absolutely recommend VMC ❤️

Definately would not recommend!Way overpriced. $8.00 for disposal waste? It was 5.00 last year. What is disposable waste anyway? I have been in health care for 25 years and have NEVER seen an organization push for unnessary drugs like they do. Beware!!!!! They tried to charge me for a bortadella vax? Why? He wasn't being boarded. Last time we did board him, we did get the oral vax, he came home with a horrid kennel cough. When I called after that I was told" sorry it doesn't work all the time".....well thanks after spending $65.00 for nothing....They take advantage of how much we love our pets? Unfortunately, they did email me AFTER my visit, After I had already paid my bill, suggesting a payment plan. They never shared this information. Unfortunately I am not a mind reader. I did reply to their email about my concerns. I sent them TWO emailsNever heard back from them, instead they used this forum to answer me.(guess they are upset about a negative review). Isn't that what reviews are for? Jeez!?The office suggests that I had an outburst at the front desk, not true at all. I did ask about the rising costs of all meds and services. True, I did get an extra Simparicatria, yet no rabies shot, not due yet. So yes, extreme unnessary costs. Tried to give me Bordella. I am not even boarding my sweet Luka. Seriously, wow!!!!But to publicly chastise, and to also discredit me is so unprofessional and disrepectful, wellyou can see that from the responseI am currently looking elsewhere for better service and value! Professional,:not at all☹️Childish temper tantrums cause of a bad review:100%

The experience was great ,friendly staff The veterinarian was professional explained everything about my pet . One day I had emergency one of my pet was very sick and she do her best for save my pet but was to late ..but sometimes God has another purpose now my pet is heaven. Thanks for tried to save my pet.

I stopped in with an emergency, desperate for someone to help my pet cross over. No compassion at all for a pet and their owner. Disgusted. I got no we can't help you.

We had our current vet fax our dogs medical records over to VMC because we considered switching vets. After they finally got the records they told us the Doc would review them and call us to make an appointment…that was over a month and a half ago and still no call back. Thanks for nothing!

From Emily who takes your call to Dr Manning herself; if you are looking for more than a a veterinarian I strongly recommend Dr Manning and her staff. Even during covid I was able to get my dog seen of course non-contact but still I knew he was in good hands and Dr Manning even called me while I waited out in the car while she did the exam.
