Amanda and the entire team at Sylvester Chevrolet are amazing! Cannot say enough good things about all of them! I didn't deal with service yet but hopefully they're the same. Super knowledgeable about the cars and extremely great with numbers. We purchased a 2023 trailblazer and my son's lease was up so we got a Trax as well. 2 cars 1 week ! Not a flaw on their end! Smooth running professional business. I can see why they're in business so long! Super happy with our cars!

first and last time to ever use service here. dirtiest service center I have ever seen at a dealership. no seat covers, no floor covers. they left my car filthy. didn't meet a single person in the entire place they was helpful or courteous.

I went in for an oil change. They not only changed the oil but did their usual inspection. They even checked to be sure my mats were fastened to the floor, rotated my tires, checked my brakes and fluids. They were thorough and as an elderly female driver who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate that. And they did it in a timely fashion.
