I ALWAYS GET EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPTMENT AND I AM CONFIDENT THAT MY CAR IS IN GREAT MECHANICAL CONDITION AFTER THE SERVICE IS DONE.I ALSO LIKE THAT WHEN I DROP MY CAR OFF AT NIGHT IT IS ALWAYS DONE AND READY FOR ME TO PICK UP THE NEXT DAY,WHICH FITS MY SCHEDULE AND IS IMPORTANT TO MY WEEKLY ACTIVITIES.MY PERSONAL MECHANIC AT SYLVESTOR IS PETE ANGELO WHO DOES ALL MY SERVICE WORK AND IS VERY VERY DETAIL ORIENTED IN TERMS OF LETTING ME KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED FOR THE NEXT VISIT.I GO TO SYLVESTOR BECVAUSE THEY TAKE CARE OF MY NEEDS FOR SERVICE AND PURCHASING AN AUTOMOBILE.THEY ARE THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA AND HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
