Having dealt with another local Kia dealership (where I actually bought my Seltos new) I can say with authority that Matthew's is so much more concerned with their clients and especially in their service department who I've worked with twice now... the first time because the other dealership didn't Perform (even though it is in their name) or even bother to get back to me on a time sensitive issue after multiple promises and additional calls. Both experiences with Matthew's have been handled quickly and with good communication

Where do I start? Word of mouth and reputation is very important to me, and that’s what led me to Billy Borent at Matthews Kia. I needed a car guy I could trust & he goes way beyond that.
Buying a car is very stressful…and this was a very stress free and smooth experience thanks to Billy. It was so refreshing. He takes the time to sit & talk with you face to face and explains every little thing in detail so that you understand the process. I dealt with him and him only…I wasn’t bounced from person to person from start to finish. And my gosh he was organized! I was assured that if I run into any problems with my vehicle, all I have to do is let Billy know & he’ll take care of it.
There was no pressure or sketchy tactics……and I was comfortable. I cannot recommend Matthews Kia highly enough. Billy knows what he’s doing, he knows cars, and he’s extremely personable. Make Billy your “car guy” because you won’t be more satisfied elsewhere. He more than lived up to his promise that he’d take care of me & my car. He’s become like family and Billy is definitely my car guy from here on out.

The service department rocks!!! What a great team. Had a tire blow out on the way up to college. They took me in right away without and appointment. Changed the tire and even vacuum and washed the car. I highly recommend them. They are even dog friendly. Service that goes above and beyond.
